I was debating between this and a cheap but good quality stand up sauna for a while. I wanted to try this out first to see if it was actually worth the hype. The first time trying this was trial and error for me. I’m on day 3 of using it as I’m writing this and I am honestly so impressed. It takes about 10-15 min to heat up and you have to be in it while it warms up, which I didn’t remember until reading the instructions twice. But after about 20-30 minutes that’s when you really start to sweat. I used it yesterday for 60 min on level 9 and I thought it wasn’t going to work as well as I thought it would and I was wrong. My face started profusely sweating around 40 minutes in. Today my face started sweating only 30 min in. I have worn a long sleeve shirt, long sleeve pants, and socks all three times and can say that definitely contributes to the sweat. The highest temperature gets a little hot and I think it would burn my skin if I didn’t have my skin completely covered. And it gets very warm with full length clothes. That’s my only two concerns. Other than that this is one of the best investments I’ve made for myself and my health. It is so nice to have this at home when I need a sweat but don’t want to drive to the gym for the sauna. I absolutely love the arm holes too, especially as someone with ADHD as I can get things done on my phone. The arm holes help with my sensory issues as well so I don’t feel too claustrophobic for a full hour in here. Get it while it’s still $75 off on here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! ... show more

I absolutely love my sauna blanket. Be sure to read the manual. Do not preheat. Feels a little like weighted blanked. Very relaxing. No heat escapes at neck or arm holes. I had a sauna in my other house and missed it terribly. I bought this to help with toxins in the body and relax. You will sweat!!! Again, read the manual on the does and dont's! I’ve always loved the sauna and how it makes me feel. I bought this sauna blanket as recommended by my doctor for fatigue and detox. I’ve only used it once, but it has definitely helped my muscle/joint pain. It’s relaxing as well. It’s not a sauna, but it’s a good alternative for at home use.
