This product arrived in a timely manner. It was very well packaged. There was no damage. It is quite sturdy and well-made. It comes with a two year warranty. If one reads the owners’ reason for creating this vibration machine, you’ll understand why you would want to get it. It arrived when I was in a lot of pain from my auto immune disorder. I decided to try it as I could barely walk. And just 10 minutes it cut my pain by half. I think that’s pretty impressive. I use it almost every day. It comes programmed, and you have a selection of 10 items. You can vary the time or the speed. I don’t bother generally, altering the programs. They serve me well. I started on the lowest setting, and I am now on the highest. It’s great! I highly recommend you get this product.

The only thing I don't like is the handlebar. Especially as you increase speeds you will notice the handlebar really gets loose and sways back and forth about a foot in either direction. I have now reached level 8 and use daily and I've removed the handle bar completely and just grab the wall if I need to. It still allows me to use the hand bands for security. The product itself works great, I enjoy it very much. It can get loud as you reach high speeds if you put on a hardwood floor. I've moved mine into the basement on a concrete floor and I don't hear it at all any longer. Overall, for the price, I love it. It helps circulation and movement for people like myself with a history of blood Clotting issues. It also works out your muscles because the first few days I could tell it was working out my calves as it hurt in a great way! If you start too high without working your way up, you will have back pain and/or a severe headache for a whole day afterwards. I also got real nauseous the first 3 or 4 times I used it, even on low speeds. So it definitly gets toxins moving. Don't stop if that happens. Push thru. I'm over a month in, use daily, and feel absolutely amazing.

Pros: Easy to set up Seems pretty well built Easy to use Works better that I expected, you can feel it working after only a few minutes Cons: Handle is too short (only comes up to my hip, even on highest setting) Power cord is too short (about 4'), doesn't reach my 5' high outlet Handle is wobbly/loose Remote control is hard to figure out Difficult to move; removable wheels on one side would be nice Despite its problems, I like this item and would recommend it.

Got mine today and it took about 10 minutes to set up. Very easy. I think I underestimated the vibration of this machine. Upon testing it to see how strong it gets I was sho shocked this thing shook my brains out! lol.. The intensity of it is all one will ever need and can be too much depending upon who you are and what your needs are.. For me, I take it up pretty high because I really wanna get weightloss results over time. I sat on it and Im a big rump kinda woman and still the vibration went all throughout my hips and thighs and legs.. It's amazing and this product definitely is worth every dollar spent. The only thing that I can think of that had me kinda wondering is when it's taken up really high on the vibration it shakes the stand really bad and I had to hold the stand for steady vibration however I need to check my screws to make sure they are tight. Other than that.. This is amazing and I intend to use it wisely to get the most out of it. I have nueropathy in my feet and disk problems as well as spinal stenosis back pain. Im praying for relief as I drop the pounds..

I bought this after a friend recommended it for lymph drainage. I had something going on that made my lymph nodes swell under my jaw and behind my ears, and it was very scary. I ended up doing more (castor oil, dry brush, rebounding, taking anti microbials), but I believe the plate helped a lot. I then started looking up workouts and benefits (plenty ID info on YouTube) and went ahead and bought one for my mother. I have since toned some of my muscles and continue to use it as an exercise aid, and my mother is stepping in it for a few minutes every day. She claims it helps her balance, strength, energy level, and overall well being. I recommend giving this a try, especially if you’re older and hindered by pain or exhaustion and not able to do strenuous exercise. I took the handlebar off, but my mother really appreciates it because of balance issues. Also - the little speaker on it is great! I don’t need it, but decides to try it and it’s awesome to listen to a podcast or whatever while on it. It has different settings, but do your research before using it, because misusing it could be detrimental. For example, it is recommended that you bend your knee a little. I’m also grateful for the installment plan on this!

I had no idea what to expect but I was surprised at how much I enjoy using this!! It was easy to assemble, doesn't take up much floor space, noise free and love the variable speeds. I only used it a very few times before I could tell that I was much more sure-footed and it was helping to keep my body looser, something my chiroprractor really appreciates!!

Works as well as a larger machine I used to own. Minus one star for the telescoping handle, not being very tall, even at the tallest setting, and handle not being very solid / sturdy.

The Lifepro vibration plate is easy to use, comes with a remote control, and is very durable and powerful. Since I started using this in my everyday routine, I have better balance and more muscle tone. I did not attach the handlebars because I travel to other homes frequently. I do recommend placing an exercise mat under it to preserve wooden floors. The power cord does pop off easily. Just make sure it is securely in place before you start.
