I was looking for a nice inexpensive hot tub for my spouse and myself. I had been thinking about this tub for months. Finally on Amazon Prime Day, I purchase it. I got a good discount on this tub. It was to be delivered 3-7 days after purchase BUT to my delight, it was delivered the day after I purchased it. The delivery company was fantastic. The tub arrived packaged very well. It was left in my driveway as expected. My husband and I, along with two grandsons, rolled it onto our back porch. We did have to take our screen door off to allow enough room to get the tub into the back porch area. We filled the tub, inserted the recommended Frog Ease chemicals and plugged it up. In 14 hours the tub was up to 100 degrees. The jets are powerful and it has a great little light show. I reside in Indiana, so falls are unpredictable as far as temperature. The first night it was up and running, the temperature dipped to 39. I have had the tub running for 3 days now and it is holding a steady temperature of 100-101. It holds its temperature very well while I’m in the tub with the cover off as well; after 30-45 minutes with the cover off, it only lost 1 degree. I do keep the cover on while not in use. The cover came with the tub and fits perfectly. I did order steps to match the tub separately. I also purchased weighted cushions and head rests for added comfort. This tub is a four seater but it would be a tight fit for four adults. But it works great for my husband and myself. Overall, I would highly recommend this tub and this company. It’s a fantastic alternative to an expensive tub and more durable than a blow up tub.

Quality jet performance and the cover works great . Quiet and comfortable. Quality construction. I should have bought this years ago.

The media could not be loaded. Awesome Hot Tub! Purchased this cautiously as I wasn't sure what to expect from a hot tub purchased online but this has far exceeded our expectations. It took 3 adults and a pair of hand trucks to get it to the back of the house from the driveway but once we got it in place it was so easy to set up. Only took a little over an hour to fill up with water and heated up very fast. The seats are so comfortable and the jets were really nice. You can adjust the power of the jets by turning the knobs. The waterfall feature is probably one of my favorite parts. It's so relaxing. Sometimes we just sit there with the jets off and the waterfall on and it's so tranquil. We've easily fit 5 adults in the hot tub very comfortably. The size of the hot tub was definitely better than expected. The value that we got for this hot tub is amazing. The cover also is very sturdy and strong. We've enjoyed our hot tub almost nightly since we received it and are looking forward to continuing to use it in the future.

This is a five-star hot tub with a 4-star seller review. Our hot tub works like a charm. Just the two of us so we have no concern about it's size. We recently moved to Iowa from Florida and left our big hot tub behind. After doing our research we decided this as the one. I was reluctant because of how these plug and play hot tubs heat the water but we gave it a shot. I'm glad we did. We had to wait overnight to be able to use it but it was worth it. It's a simple hot tub, no fancy water falls, blue tooth speakers or other bells and whistles. It just works. I installed it by myself, although I had to remove a door frame to slide it into our four-season room. The jets are super powerful - much stronger than the big fancy hot tub we left behind. Simply put, it's a great hot tub. If only my wife could use it, which leads me to... The downside: It was supposed to come with the steps. See the Amazon ad. Do we have the steps? That's a no. At first I was told they were being shipped separately. The tracking number they gave me for that mysterious separate shipping did not work. After a few emails back and forth, being as my wife could not get into our hot tub without the steps, they shipped out another set. I don't know where they are. The tracking says they are in our state somewhere after taking a weird route from Pennsylvania to Iowa. Nevertheless, no steps. So I would bypass this seller, and frankly Amazon altogether, and order one directly from LifeSmart.

The only issue was delivery. Nobody called, it just showed up on a tractor trailer two days before the delivery window. Don't expect it to be placed on your porch for you. They can't deliver up stairs or across grass. Fortunately it is pretty light and my wife and I got it up the steps and into the porch. The product itself exceeds expectations. Super easy to set up. It took about 20 hours for the water to go from 70 degrees to 100 degrees. The jets are adjustable and very vigorous on the high setting. It maintains it's temperature well. The lighting is perfect. This model even has a built in ice bucket which is a super useful feature. The seating is very comfortable in every position. I've had the $15,000 Hot Springs spa's in the past and no doubt they are better in many ways but this one meets the need for so much less invested plus it works off a standard 120 volt outlet so no electrician needed. I would buy this again.

Receive the week we got our first snow in Nebraska in December. My husband was able to set it up, while I was at work. Took about 28 hours to get up to 104, I believe it was 17 degrees that day. We sat in it the first time while it was snowing! Already has been amazing!! I have teens and elementary age children and all of them couldn’t be more excited about this early Christmas gift!! It is snug for four adults, but don’t plan to have anyone but family in it with us. Bought it on Black Friday week for under $3000, so far worth every penny! Jets are different in every seat, which is fun. This is our first hot tub, I’m pretty sure we are going to live in it!
