This lil tool is perfect for small dogs getting the lil hair around his pads. it took me a while but I was used caution because never used this type of tool on him and did want to become negative experience. So far used twice and he falls asleep and snores, so the tool is quite. I would highly recommend for you or small breeds because this is a tiny blade. It is very easy to use and since it took me sometimes, it never overheated. It does seem to not cut well if hair gets pack behind the blades. but it comes with oil and a lil brush that works like a charm very easy to clean and maintain. It is cordless and uses batteries. i just wished it had rechargeable batteries but knew this before buying. I haven't changed the batteries yet and still functions as if batteries are new. But use only 10 1st and 5 minutes the second time. again use for toy small breeds.

My grumpy cat tolerates the noise level. She accepted her fate as we used this product in an attempt to shave off a mat in her fur which we could not brush out. It took a while since the trimmer struggled to cut the hair, but we were eventually successful and our cat received some well-deserved treats for her patience. Keep in mind that this is a trimmer specifically for hairy feet, so it's not the fault of the product that it struggles with a wider use-case than it was designed for. When it comes to tiny little paws, the small trim blades are welcome as it makes it easier to follow the contours our cat's adorable little toe beans. P.S. Our cat has a VERY fluffy butt. So fluffy that she sometimes gets dingleberries stuck back there. So we thought... Maybe we can shave off some of her fluff back there? But alas, our cat's backside fluff was too powerful for this trimmer to handle (it would simply not cut much off). And all the while, she wondered what the heckin' we were doing and why it was buzzing back there. We are currently looking for a lawyer since our cat did NOT appreciate the unsolicited butt shave attempt.

I wouldn’t recommend this for super hairy dogs, but it does work. I have a goldendoodle and I got this because I figured it’d be easier to clean his paws and trim between the eyes. You have to go slow with it, and it only works where there’s little hair. Otherwise, you have to keep trimming a little at a time. I will say, it’s worth the money if you groom your dogs at home. It doesn’t come with any additional attachments which is weird because I thought it would. It’s also battery operated which is a bummer because our main clippers are rechargeable. Overall, if you have a small dog with thin fur or if you’re just using it to trim certain small parts, it’s totally worth it. Otherwise, I’d stick to regular standard sized clippers.

I love this gadget! Shih tzu’s fur grows quickly, and when I got my puppy, I was determined to learn how to groom her myself. This is a ios easy to use, not loud at all, and my pup laid and let me trim her paws. I love that it’s cordless. Its uses batteries instead of having to keep track of charging cords, seems well made to last, sharp enough but not to sharp to cut the paw pad and just overall works well for what I need it for.

Very quiet and gentle. Use it on my dog's paws and it removes the hair easily. I haven't had to change the batteries yet. It's very durable and easy to use by just moving the slider up and down for on/off.

I used this first on my Huskador who is afraid of the vacuum and hair dryer. This was louder than I expected but my dog let me use it on 3 of her paws before she gave up. Her hair was wet from scrubbing her paws. When the hair piled up, I just blew on it to free up the blades. I then used it on my cat who is terrified of noise . I've tried other trimmers before. To my surprise, I was able to trim one paw. His hair was dry and it was just as easy as trimming the wet hair. It's safe to use. It didn't hurt either of my pets. I did start at the top of the long hair and work my way down to the length I wanted. 10/10 recommend.
