This squat bench works great for targeting legs and glutes while reducing strain on the knees. It helps me stay focused on proper squat form, and the adjustable pad design is a nice touch. The build feels stable and well-made for squat exercises, and the materials seem durable. It also has a lower back workout function, but I personally stick to using it for squats since that’s what I bought it for. The size works well for most people, but if you prefer a wider stance, just something to keep in mind. I turned the basement guest bedroom into my makeshift home gym. Mostly what I have are dumbbells, a bench, an aerobic step, and some misc other stuff. I don't have a lot of space in there and when we have guests, I have to be able to bring the murphy bed down and put my stuff away. This was the PERFECT buy for my space, not only because it's super easy to use, requires ZERO assembly and has multiple uses, but it also lays flat and is easy to stow under a bed, in a closet or up against a wall. I use it for sissy squats and back extensions. I tried using it for sit ups (it says it can be used for that) but that was a no go for me. They were the most awkward and uncomfortable sit ups/crunches of my life. If you're looking at this specifically for sit ups, I would advise you to reconsider. If you're looking at it for sissy squats and back extensions, I can ABSOLUTELY recommend! Just make sure you extend the support beam on the bottom all the way out so it won't tip over with your weight. I use this with every single workout for both exercises and I absolutely love it! I consider it a staple for any home gym and for the price, you can't beat its versatility and build quality. And yes, I paid full price for it (though I got it during a lightning deal for around $127 I think). I hope this review has been helpful! Feel free to ask any questions.

I got this on a lightning sale, it's a great value it comes put together already, so all you have to do is take it out the box and plastic then it's ready to go. It's easy to understand how to use and you really do feel it when you're doing your workout. I weigh approximately 160 pounds and have zero issues with it. Quality is solid we'll see how it does with wear and tear over time but, I really can't complain.

There are so many exercise machines that easily get passed on, but this one is so versatile that I don't see that ever happening. Phenomenal core exercises because the feet are locked in. The base is so wide there is no fear of toppling over, and your own body weight does the rest. and eeeasssily folds down flat if it needs to be stored away. I have dumbbells, a walking pad, a preachers bench and this squat bench, I feel that I have plenty for a good all-over body workout.
