The way it's described and the pictures say it includes the Lex minifig, it does not. Or at least mine didn't. Mine came as the game disk case with the extras code inside it, but no outer cardboard case that contains the minifig. 5 stars for the game itself as its great so far, and its fun to share the Joker and Batman I grew up with with my son. Best one so far in the series! Love that they took the Rebirth comic route when designing the characters. It greatly shows when you look at Batman, Wonder Woman, and the flash. Now I eagerly await for the rest of the DLC.
