It works as advertised. However it does not smell like it was ever cleaned. Controller also smells. (Cheap mixture of perfumes) renewed implies it gets cleaned to be like new.

Product in perfect condition; everything is new and carefully packaged. It didn't come in the original packaging because it is a refurbished item, but the product itself is in like-new condition. I am very satisfied with the purchase and would recommend it to other buyers.

    • Don't waste money buying brand new!!
It's been 1 months so far and my Xbox Series X (refurbished) is going strong. Not one issue to present to you at this time. Works as it should I suppose. Games, console, controller, everything works just fine.

    • False warranty, customer support lying to stop chatting.
BEWARE!!! I have spent 2 days now trying to contact amazon about exchange under the renew guarantee for this expensive console that no longer works properly. They have lied about replacements being shipped and have the screen shot but they are now refusing to honor the warranty. I have been a amazon for a extremely long time spending $10000s of dollars. I will be considering canceling all future use( including month services and auto shippment). ... show more
