Came packaged nicely, very protected, no damage. Came quick and both parts showed on the same day. Very easy to put together and install. The cord is a good length and exits from the right side back, if you buy the trim it has a place for the cord to run and not be in the way. Puts off good heat. I recently received the 39" LegendFlame Damon fireplace insert and trim kit. They were well packaged and protected. The install was simple and quick (less than 20 minutes). I placed the insert into my brick fireplace and plugged in. It looks great and fits perfectly (provided measurements are accurate). Performance: Nice flame and lighting selections and good heater for the room. I will skip using the sound feature as is it is unrealistic and tinny. Overall better than expected. ... show more
