I fluffed this up in per the instructions for 3 minutes then put in the dryer on refresh to fluff further. It came out nice and full. I think it’s made well and doesn’t shift on the bed. This provides great extra comfort on our foam mattress, but my husband sleeps warm and he gets hotter with this added on. It’s fine for me though. He can go sleep in the other room because I love it!

My husband and I love this product! It's amazingly soft and "pillowy"! I have a bad knee and hubby has a bad hip. This seems to soften those areas so not as painful. So happy I purchased this.

Surprisingly comfortable. Bought a firm mattress to help my back but the mattress was too hard. This topper worked perfectly. Maybe too fluffy but for sure fixed the brick lard mattress.

I had high hopes for this topper, looking for something to improve my Beautyrest Black Series 3 medium firm mattress, which feels like sleeping on a concrete slab compared to the one in the showroom. Mattress Firm is being weird about me exchanging the bed, even within policy terms. I understand it takes time to break in, too, so I was in search of a temporary solution or perhaps something longer-lasting. I bought this topper after reading all the great reviews, especially from someone who had the same mattress and faced the same issue. However, if you're looking for support and a way to soften a firm mattress, this may not be the solution, unless maybe if you are younger. Additionally, if you suffer from chronic pain in your back, neck, or shoulders, this topper may exacerbate your discomfort. However, it may help some if you place a sheet over it to level it. While it looks very sharp and inviting, it ultimately doesn't provide much support and feels like it bottoms out in terms of density. It only softens the surface of the mattress. If you're just after something to make your bed softer, cozier, and comfortable, this could work for you. But if you're trying to resolve a specific problem with a very firm mattress, it may not meet your needs; it was extremely disappointing for me. To complicate matters, my husband accidentally threw away the box, and since the topper is so large, I’m unsure how to return it. I may have to donate it, which feels like a waste of money. 😢

I have a luxury firm mattress, mostly latex, that has a surface that, by design, has a suface that's not flat. I guess the latex version of tufted. The uneven surface has been very uncomfortable. When I'd tried it in the store, I think the uneven ridges in the mattress surface had been softened up through people trying it out and breaking it in. I was desperate to find something to protect my from those uneven ridges, while maintaining the support of the latex mattress. This topper is it. It arrived compressed. I put it as recommended in the dryer on low heat for six minutes. I then rearranged it in the dryer and re-started it for another five or six minutes to make sure all the areas were poofed. It was wonderfully expanded. I put it on my queen size bed immediately, and didn't wait a day or two to sleep on it. I slept on it that night, and it did just what I had hoped. It is soft, but also supportive. It yields to my body weight (123lbs), but is also somewhat supportive. It doesn't just collapse beneath one, like a down topper/puffer. Eventually, I probably will want to put it through the dryer on low heat for a few minutes again, to re-puff it as maintenance. That's easy. Highly recommend.
