I no chef but I have cooked in enough pots and pans to realize these pots are top of the line. They are all as advertised they cook evenly the pot come in a variety of sizes yet they all cook well. Cleaning is a breeze. Sometime I had th wipe the pot with lemon to keep them fresh looking. I had problems with food sticking, but I research and found that I shouId allow the pan to heat up b then add oil . these pots are heavy which makes them durable. I get fast heating consistent with maintaining even heat distribution. outstanding pots and pans!! would purchase again

First off I have had a set of Wolfgang puck stainless steel pans for years. They were heavy and very well made. These pans by legend are very well made and are heavier than my other set. This set is very durable and beautifully crafted. They are thick and hold heat very well I was surprised as I have never heard of them before and I took a chance and glad I did. They have even heat distribution easy clean up as I have no problem with food sticking to them. He bottoms are notnwarped and sit flat on the burner. I will say again that they are a heavy set of pans especially the bigger pot and pan. Overall this is a very beautiful and durable set of pots and pans and I do plan on buying another set to replace my older stainless sets. I took a chance on them and glad I did and I think you will be happy you did to. The warranty is fantastic but I don't think I will need to use it. Take care of these and they will last you a lifetime. 11 out of 10 Update 9/4/23 bought my second set to finish getting rid of the rest of my old pans. These pans are awesome I even bought another set to give to my sister and her family for Christmas. They are very heavy duty and will last a lifetime well worth it. I highly recommend you give them a try.

I was looking to replace all my worn and scratched non-stick pots and pans and did a ton of research on non-stick, stainless, and ceramic options. Every non-stick pan (no matter the cost) had reviews saying they needed replacing at least every couple years which, in my experience, is true. I was concerned with staining and heating with the ceramic options as well. Throughout my research, Legend Cookware kept popping up as a top rated option at a fraction of the cost of some of its competitors. I spent days reading reviews on numerous brands and watching videos on properly cooking with stainless cookware as I had very little experience with it. I finally pulled the trigger on the Legend 5-ply cookware set and was immediately impressed when it came. At first sight, the cookware was gorgeous, high quality, and heavy. Then I cooked with it for the first time (following everything I learned in my how to videos) and was immediately blown away by its ability to maintain temps and evenly heat everything. I’ve been so frustrated in the past with cookware unevenly cooking our food, but no matter where the food is in these pans, it’s getting evenly heated. I’ve been using these pans for several weeks now and continue to be blown away by the sear on meats, the even simmering of sauces, the quick boiling of water, the rapid response to temperature adjustments, etc. I am fully converted to (high quality) stainless steel cookware and will never go back (with the exception of keeping a cast iron and non-stick skillet for certain things). The picture is of the 4 pans that I use continuously and they look brand new. The best part of these is that no matter what you do with them, they’re easy to clean. Bar keepers friend and a steel wool sponge for tough stuck on messes and they’re good as new! Get this cookware! You won’t be disappointed.

This cookware is proof you don’t have to spend a ton on quality! There is the danger of getting “spots” on the cooking surface, but that happens when you use too high of heat on whatever it is you’re cooking. Just beware the pans get very hot very quickly. As good quality pans do. Durability is great and despite misgivings, dishwasher safe! Highly durable and good weight. Recommended.

I've been searching for a new set of pans for my husband for awhile. A couple of months ago, he got a new Camp Chef smoker/grill, so I wanted something heavy duty that he could use on that, but I still wanted something that I could use on the stove and in the oven. When I started looking, I was floored at the prices. I wanted a good set that's made to last, but there was no way I was going to spend $1,000-$1,500. 😳 I wanted to keep it under $500, but I also didn't want to skimp on quality. I did an apples to apples comparison between 3 of the other 5-Ply stainless steel sets and the Legend set. There were no major differences in quality and functionality that would necessitate spending 2-3 times as much as the Legend set. I've been using Legend cast iron pans for years, so I knew that any product I got from them would be made with the highest standards. I surprised my husband with these right before Thanksgiving. He was thrilled that he had new toys to play with. We're super impressed with the quality and workmanship. From the minute you take it out of the box, you can feel the quality in the weight of the pans. They're very solid and heavy duty. They look and feel like they're made for the long haul. The new 5-ply version uses a 304 stainless steel layer on the interior to make it easier to clean. The next 3 layers are made of aluminum for faster and more even heat distribution and retention. The final 5th layer on the exterior of the pan is made of 430 stainless steel, which is what makes these pans perform like a dream no matter what type of cooktop you use. My husband used 3 of the pans on the smoker for Thanksgiving and I used one in the oven and one on the stovetop. Everything was cooked to perfection and the pans performed beautifully. There was no warping or hot spots, just superior temperature control. The design of the pans is exactly like those that you'll find in a professional kitchen. The cast stainless steel handles are all ergonomic to make carrying the pans easy. They're also expertly riveted into the pans for increased stability and longevity. I love the little details that make using these pans easier to use, like the easy pour rims, heavy custom-fitted lids and the measuring lines on the interior of the pan. Those lines were a lifesaver on Thanksgiving when we were making a million different dishes and kept running out of measuring cups. At the end of the day when it was time to clean up, I was thrilled that these could go in the dishwasher. I was amazed that they all came out spotless and looked brand new. Make sure that you read over the care guide that it comes with before using your pans. If you follow the care instructions, these pans will be ones you hand down to future generations. They even have a Forever warranty, just in case there are any issues with the pans. This set is worth every penny and then some. This is a cookware set that'll come with no regrets.

I was looking to get rid of my Amway stainless steel cookware set I've had for over 45 years. Believe me - they've seen better days, but they still did the job. This set looked like it was a good value (price, quality and selection) and it's from a small business brand. As a single man who cooks for himself and an occasional guest I like having quality tools to work with. Then I read the reviews and found a lot of low marks because of food sticking and staining. Even an amateur cook such as myself knows you can't cook on stainless the way you cook on cast iron, so I did a little research. Preheating the pan on medium high heat and skipping water on the surface to test before adding oil or food is key to keep the food from sticking. Cleaning is important too. Letting the pan cool down and using soap & water is usually all that's needed. Baking soda and vinegar helps to restore that new finish. When I received this set, I was impressed with the number of pans that are included. Then I became even more impressed with the quality of each pan. These are fully clad and the sheet steel is plenty thick. So far, I've cooked seasoned pork loin and some herbed chicken breasts with gravy and they came out great. Cleaned up nicely too, but I left the pan on the burner a little too long the first time and it stained the pan. I used baking soda mixed with warm water and dawn dishwashing soap. Looks good as new. I did spring for some Bar Keeper's Friend Cookware cleanser just in case. All in all, I'm very pleased with this purchase - especially since the price dropped by $82.00 (15%).

I purchased the 5 layer 14 pc set. I have yet to use this great looking set yet. But upon opening the box my initial impression are “Dang these are heavy and shiny”. Although they have significant weight to them it’s not ridiculous. The weight is expected due to the high level of craftsmanship put into them. The handles are rather long which will be great for temperature control. However, this may cause storage issues. I plan on hanging the set up to show them off so I shouldn’t have an issue with the handle length, but if you plan on storing them in a cupboard you may want to know. The set came with prep instructions and had me wipe down the set with rubbing alcohol then wash with mild soap and warm water. I am not sure on the purpose because I could not find an answer online but went ahead and did that. I will update after first use and again after several months. As of now 10/10 would recommend! Edit Used a couple of times now and they are awesome! Cooks evenly and cleans easy. I have done my research Though. To avoid food from sticking you must heat thoroughly prior to adding anything to include oil. Unfortunately the super shiny finish inside the pans will dull significantly after first use. Which is normal for ALL stainless cookware. I would still highly recommend 10/10
