Love these candles. Usually set them on flicker but you can also turn them on steady burn. Remote feature works well. I use them year round but even for just for Halloween it’s worth it. Saw similar ones in a gift shop for a lot more money.

I bought this to set in a tall lamp that had quite working, instead of trying to rewire the lamp. It's very pretty, works as described, and I will order more later. The only reason that I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it came with the wrong charging cord; it takes a USB to A, and I received a USB to C. Thankfully, I don't throw away old charging cords that ate still in good condition, and I had several of the correct cords on hand. Plus, the C cord works for my cellphone, so now I have another spare cord for it. ... show more

Our new rental came with a gas fire place but it does not work, and requires more money than I am willing to spend, as a renter, to fix it. So I went searching for a quick fix and came across these and so far they are working great. I've attached a picture. It's not the best example because it was still light out but at night it gives off a nice subtitle glow. I think I will purchase more to amp up the "fire glow". The only negative is, that the glass impedes the signal from the remote to the lantern. So much so that I had to position the lanterns a certain way that I can turn them off with the remote. Sometimes I have to press the on/off button a couple of times before it connects. If you don't have glass I'm sure they would work just fine. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. In conjunction with a lantern, this product does not miss. The ambiance created with this product is next level. The flame modes are easy to cycle through and it gives off the perfect amount of light. It is not overpowering in the slightest. Charging is not an issue, make sure to be patient and charge it straight out of the box in order to ensure the desired effect. Something to mention is how light it is. I have owned one of these things for almost three years. I have used it consistently both at home and in the field, and it still works as good as the first day I bought it, even after quite a few hard knocks and drops. These are perfect at the picnic table or when you're camping but don't/can't have a fire. I had no idea it was waterproof, maybe that makes for better longevity? I came back here to order some more of these things just in case they disappear. Grabbing a two pack so I can gift one of them. This was one of the first and still perhaps best purchases I ever made in the cool LED light department...Or at least it was the best, I'll update my review if these new ones aren't as good. These look amazing in a box or paper bag or with wood nearby, or in a tent. They have a warmer light then most LEDs with a good charge port and good short- and long-term battery life. It plays nice with other types of LEDs. Some people seem to find it a bit much at the dinner table, particularly the flicker setting, but that is my personal favorite, so, Five Stars! ... show more
