Pretty good light. I use it as a backlight in my office and for Zoom. Sturdier than another I bought. The arm articulates backwards past the vertical a bit, maybe to about 100-110 degrees of a circle or so. About three months in it started not staying on all the time. This got worse, until I had issues turning it on and then figured out it's the cheap USB cord they provide. Since these are a dime a dozen for nice ones on Amazon, it was an easy fit to grab one out of my drawer and now I've had no issues. I'd recommend this light. The footprint is a little big...about 7x4 inches but that's what makes it sturdy and it's just heavy enough not to get knocked around. I wish the light was a little brighter, but it's bright enough to most applications and I wouldn't consider it dim at all. It's just when I use it I usually have it up to the max. ... show more

It’s good if you have a bigger desk since it folds out to be pretty big. Personally I have the MICKE ikea desk and it fits perfectly and it’s great for those late night study sessions. There’s different color(whites and yellows) and brightness settings that are also really neat.

One of them the timer on it started turning the light off after so long by itself and I had to return it because there is no name on the box or company to call.
