After some research, reading ingredients & reviews on several products I got the Jacked Factory XT Day & PM Night duo. I really needed a kick a33 product to jumpstart my getting back into the gym & my clothes. For several reasons I was out of the gym for a year. My weight increased where nothing in my closet fit. I was also seriously unhappy. I'm in Fashion Retail & while it might sound vain versus world peace, my wardrobe matters. My sense of self & well being matters just as much. I felt good about ordering this duo. I'd even say I felt a degree of trust in the products leading up to my decision. What sealed the deal was the 24/7 day to night aspect this duo offers. When your finally ready to take a big step into better health that you know will be challenging & painful, if your like me you want to get over the hump where new healthier habits finally get locked down sooner than later. A 24/7 program is very very appealing. Then if your lucky you also start to see or feel results. I think its imperative in the 1st formative month or 2 that any result happens. It's hard enough when you start. The littlest result helps to keep the motivation going. And that is exactly what I DID get from my first order of this duo. Three weeks in my cravings are far less. I've shifted snacking habits for better options. My energy is level & consistent. And the Jacked PM product is effective with a sense of calm & zero cravings that hit me late evening to midnight. I can even feel the top of my abs below my bra strap. The layer of fat is quite less than it was. {My body reacts to weight loss from the top going down}. I'm hopeful at some point I'll feel my waist next! Then I'll really know I'm underway. I have a ways to go. I'm slowly rebuilding a gym program. I have disabilities with my legs. I know better to not push too hard or my body will revolt. It's that too much too soon can kill any motivation kind of thinking. So I've got to go slow. I also know this will take me months & a lot of patience. I know that it's harder to do going into the winter, especially if your older {post menopause included}. Which is why I also loved the 24/7 aspect in this program. I'm not just working on succeeding during the daytime. I'm also doing this sleeping when my body regenerates & shifts overnight. A good nights sleep has been proven to be a part of any wellness/weight loss goals. And breakfast. This was HUGE for me given I was never a breakfast girl for 50+ years. Breakfast made a difference. Anyway...I believe I can do it with my wanting TO do it. I believe if I do the work to meet this XT/PM duo, instead of expecting the duo to do all the work, then along with all the other changes I'm making, it will support me to reach my goals. Do NOT expect to lose 14lbs in 8 days...not naturally that is. Whoever said that needs to take that down. Anyway.... What I personally love about this, is this pill really knocks me out and have me waking up feeling like I had more than enough sleep. No crashing later on the next day either, which is great. I think everyone is different because by the 30 minute mark I'm already asleep. It helps with the cravings and I think it secretly works throughout the day too because I find myself less hungry at my desk job. So thumbs up to that too! Btw, I work out at home 3 times a week for 1.5 hours, eat light, and drink 32oz lot of water over the course of 3 hours everyday. I wouldn't recommend relying on this alone as it's a dietary supplement. I believe this is designed to only help you sleep better and feel less hungry. More emphasis on the "sleeping better" part. I haven't hopped in the scale yet because it's only been a week since I starting taking them. I'll post an update once I notice results. Right now, I don't see a difference yet. I will not say that there’s something wrong with this product because I honestly don’t know if it’s all the fault of this supplement as much as it was my fault for the harsh side effects I experienced. I have a sensitive stomach and a migraine disorder so I try to be careful with vitamins and supplements and mixing them with my medications. So let me begin with those things I can critique about this product. It came nicely and safely packaged. It arrived promptly on schedule. The capsules were easy to swallow, all in tact, and didn’t give off such a foul odor that seems to be the norm with supplements like these. And lastly, I did get a full 6 hours of sleep. It was after I woke up that my problems began. I awoke with a migraine so intense and spasms in my stomach so severe that I was crying alligator tears before I could make it to the medicine chest to get my migraine rx. And it’s a good thing my migraine med is the kind that dissolves instantly, otherwise it would’ve been wasted. Only moments later I started getting sick and all that was coming up was practically straight stomach acid. I couldn’t eat or drink anything but water the rest of the day because any attempt at eating anything else hurt too badly to swallow. I’m giving it 3 ⭐️ not because I think it’s average or bad in any way, but because I didn’t get to take it long enough to experience what this product says it can do. But I won’t give this product a low rating when I am aware of the risks I take when trying things like this for the first time. It’s not the diet pill’s fault that I have these health issues. ... show more
