shipping was fast, it came in good condition no dents or cracks and the product is great i'm not a body builder but i am a license trainer and this product is amazing it wont give you magic result but if you put time and effort and add it to a good lean diet then this product is amazing, me eating 1800 cal a day and i weight 145 pounds and 5,7 height it made me loose 10 pound and not water weight but real fat and that to me is a great achievement in my book.. I took this supplement 12 pm and 4 pm. It gave me great energy and i could feel the burn and i didn't crash or stay up all night which was a plus... I don't recommend this product to every one but those people who go to the gym 4 to 6 times a week and you know your loosing weight but you just feel like you can have a boost this a great product for you but you must follow all instruction. I can honestly say this product is like clenbuterol which is a steroid that i don"t recommend anyone to take unless you are a experienced body builder or professional athlete that has a team of doctor monitoring you on a weekly basic- but short story is this product is a lot like it but it is natural and doesn't give you no where near the same side affects and its legal in the united states. How they are similar they both raise your body tempter what makes you burn more calories and they both give you a great boost of energy that is very important in working out also they both help you shed water weight for those body builder who want to lean up before a show or for those athletes want to increase you stamina and body lean ratio.. it dose not do miracles but if you a have a good lean diet and you work out 20 to 45 minutes in a gym i can promise you this product will work and you will loose and feel skinnier. one of the cons that i didn't like was the heart burn when i took the second dose, it gave me a little heart burn which wasn't terrible but which i thought its was a little annoying also there so many pills i felt like i was a drug addict for the day lol and it made me a little gassy If you need any advice or any question please msg me on my email [email protected] and i will gladly help you with any question and give you advice for product that will really will work that helps you loose weight or build mass.. also i will not help you get steroid... i can give you advice for your own health but i do not help any one get steroids or point them in any sort of direction to get them thank you for reading my review and have a nice day ... show more

I have been using Cuts for a few years on and off depending on my seasons. I don't use it for fat burning as I'm already well below 5% body fat, but this supplement does more than shred bodyfat. I like the little tingles it gives me sometimes, the feel of energy just before I start doing my pre-workout cardio. I also like how it gives my skin that drier look which helps the muscular definition stand out more like those buff guys in comic books. I also like how it suppresses my appetite. I know the importance of eating and all, but this stuff helps prevent me from eating too much and eliminates my cravings for junk food and sweets about 90% of the time. I should mention, if you take a pack and ever experience stomach sickness or nausea or whatnot sometime afterward, drink lots of water. I take a pack, then carry a bottle of water and take a drink about every few to 5 minutes so this doesn't occur. This supplement requires water. Plenty of water. This is the stuff I take when I'm in my "off" phase of taking creatine or N.O. supplements. I take pre-workout supplements for some months, then I take this stuff for about two months, then back onto pre-workouts. Why'd I say 2 months on this? Because I take one pack a day. I only workout once in the day, so I take a pack about 30 minutes before my workout. Since I'm not trying to burn fat, there's no need for two packs. I just need that little energy surge to get me through my pre-workout cardio, intense weight lifting, and post-workout cardio. One pack is enough to do all that and give my body that solid, define look. Now, what I don't like is reading about other people's negative experiences with this product. You can't just take a supplement and expect magic. NO SUPPLEMENT will do that. Can you be a couch potato, chug down 5 protein shakes each day, and expect large muscles without lifting weights? NO! Supplements are aids, they're your sidekicks. They only work and support you when you're at work. This supplement is meant to give you energy so that you can perform cardio, and cardio is what burns off all that fat and extra calories. Aside from that, it's meant to suppress your diet, stop your cravings for junk food so you can stop putting crap in your system. Don't think you can eat a few pounds of steak with corns and mashed potatoes, then take a pack of Cuts, and jump straight into dessert thinking the supplement will eliminate all that junk. Your body's just gonna laugh at you. I'm laughing at you! If you want this to work, you gotta work with your diet, and include cardio regularly. Simple as that. People with no results aren't doing that. Not just this supplement, but for any supplement. Life's tough. Suck it up. If you want results, you gotta push yourself. I took 1 pack upon waking up in the morning and another 5 or so hours with a light meal after, as instructed. As someone who doesn't drink coffee and just has an overall low tolerance to caffeine in general, the effects were noticeable within 10 or so minutes. As instructed, I needed to drink plenty of water, or else I felt lethargic and sickly. Otherwise, this gave me a long-term sustainable energy that lasted a good part of the day, both in and outside of my workout. I also have no hunger cravings that I would have had during usual times. But I do practice fasting regularly, so that could just be a personal factor. I also feel warmer than usual, but whether that can be attributed to summer heat or the supplements is subject to further observation. I've only been using this product for a few days, so I can't attest to its fat-burning properties yet, but regardless, a healthy diet and exercise are the biggest factors, and this should aim to support that. Overall, I have good hopes for this product, and my only gripe is the number of servings, which I would like to have at least a month's supply at a time. This is my first time using a fat burner, so I have no reference to give, and I would recommend doing further research on your own to see if this or any fat burner is right for you. ... show more
