I bought this pump near the end of last summer, 2024. I used it one time. Wasn’t even that great the first time. Went to use it first time this season. Does NOT work. HAD MULTIPLE PEOPLE try to help figure it out. It doesn’t work.. Zero seller support is available after this time. What a disappointing wasted loss again for another company theft, I guess.. I didn’t buy the warranty because, who makes something like this to only work once? Should’ve worked more than once. I would have been less pissed if it worked at lest 15-20 times. I bought this as backup and light duty pump. I have a bigger one for my paddleboards and wanted one as an extra as well as use for my kids low pressure kayaks so we can fill multiple items at once. It is working with no issues with 6 trips in so far.

Pump is an awkward shape & stored in a cloth bag with handles, no zipper. No instructions so I’ve been unable to determine how to deflate my sup board

I’ve been using this pump for over a year now for two paddle boards, which we sometimes use multiple times a week. It has never failed us, and compared to other pumps that cost three or four times more the performance difference is negligible. I think the top line pump gets to 15 psi in just under ten minutes, this one does it in under fifteen. For under fifty dollars, it’s a worthy investment for your paddling adventures. ... show more

It’s okay. It does the job but it just takes sooooo long in comparison to my friend’s pump. For 13 psi, it takes like 15 minutes. And trust me, that matters when you’re ready to just hit the water. I wish I knew this sooner so I could’ve returned it and invested in something better for the price.
