Absolutely above and beyond customer service!!! I bought the Outdoor Master Dolphin pump over a year ago and it worked superbly. This year when I went to use it I had an issue NOT caused by the manufacturer but by me. I reached out to Outdoor Master Customer service just for guidance on how I might resolve the issue. Speed: I bought this pump specifically to inflate my paddle board to 20PSI, but it totally failed to do the job. • Struggles after 10PSI, gets really loud • Automatically shuts off around 12PSI, no way to continue • Had to keep restarting it manually, very frustrating • Drains car battery fast and overheats the 12V outlet The “20PSI high pressure” claim is completely misleading. It might be okay for casual users or low-pressure inflatables, but if you’re looking for something that can reliably pump a SUP to 15–20PSI, this is NOT it. Waste of money and time.

It gets the job done, and has successfully pumped up 3 paddle boards in a row on a handful of trips out. My only complaint thus far is that it is pretty noisy. Whether I have it on the cement, grass, or setting in the back of the car. It can be hard from a good distance. To pump up a single paddle board it takes about 7-10 minutes. Which isn’t terrible speed in my opinion. Definitely beats having to pump them up yourself!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Bought this 10 months ago to replace a dying USB SUP pump. The USB finally croaked this month. We've only used this one a handful of times and it's not the fastest, but it does go to 20 psi (not all do) and has an exceptionally long plug in cord. That kinda makes up for the fact you have to buy the hose (that connects pump to board) separately. It was kinda a thing to find the correct size that attached to the pump. I think we ended up ordering a dozen or so before we found the correct size. If it came with the hose it would be four or five stars, but since it's more time and money to purchase a hose it's a three.

The media could not be loaded. This thing is awesome! Much better than the hand pump and works better than just your average inflator. Love that you can set the PSI you want and let it do its thing. It seals tight and inflated our paddle boards in less than 10 minutes.
