I took this supplement first thing in the morning on my way to work and by the time I had arrived, I was extremely alert. I have a physical job and I felt like this supplement capitalized on it as I felt it working. Throughout the day I was so focused on my tasks that the day was over before I knew it. I highly recommend this product. I used the other InnoShred supplement but this one is Just as amazing if not better.

If you don’t have an iron stomach do NOT take this. Currently in the bathroom with severe cramps, constipation and nausea… This happened with just one pill.

I started out buying the regular Innoshred fat burner and used this stacked with the Volcano 2000, the night burn and innocleanse. My goal is to lose 20 pounds. For the price, I really wish they would give a 30-day supply of the fat burner. Alas, my weight has stayed exactly the same despite pairing this regimen with walking 10-15 miles a week. I ordered the Innoshred Focus when I completed the regular Innoshred. I notice more focus and energy with this one, than I did the Innoshred. Again, almost completely thru the bottle and my weight remains exactly the same. I know it's not about the numbers on the scale (or so they say); I feel like my clothes fit a *little bit* better. I'm willing to try another 15 days of the Innoshred Focus and keep up my exercise regimen to see if I can finally get some of this excess weight off that I've been carrying for 2+ years. I plan to do physical measurements of my body before starting the second bottle to see if those numbers change at all. Happy to do an updated review after bottle number 2.

I was taking the regular InnoShred product which definitely worked for me. Saw this product was the same but added the mental focus component to it. I figured that I'd give it a try and boy oh boy I am glad that I did! While in the gym I was more motivated to get through my cardio sessions and even pushed passed my usual time/distance limit. If you like the basic InnoShred product, or are just looking for a fat burner that supports mental focus without the jitters I highly recommend this product!
