Absolute garbage. I wish I had heeded the other one star reviews which describe leakage and difficulty fitting to the unit. The plastic is flimsy and the drain is a joke. Horribly overpriced for what you're getting. I wish I had seen the video on youtube by PatriotDIY on cleaning these indoor units, where he uses a MUCH better and more durable "Leak Saver" cleaning cover which is also available on Amazon and not much more expensive than this POS. (The only downside to the LeakSaver is that I had to purchase both the small and large sizes because I have several indoor units from 9K to 18K BTUs.) ... show more

The bag was incredible. Way better than the way we used to clean the AC. Well worth the money. And if you do it right, you can use the bag again if desired
