They are super heat resistant. You don’t even need to put it at high for it to get hot. The value is worth your money. I haven’t had any scratching yet and I’ve used them about almost everyday since I got them. It’s really easy to cook on. Easy to clean !

tried many different brand, Le Crusette is the best, made me enjoying the cooking. for people complaining about the food stuck to pan and discoloration issue, you can check videos about pre-seasoning of stainless pans/pots on youtube which would minimize the problem one of the pot bottom deformed slightly so not sitting on glass top stove flat anymore, need consistent quality improvement. ... show more
