I have used this stroller for about a month now. I bought it for the winter in NYC, for my almost 2-year old, and we just had our first snow storm. For that purpose — sturdiness and maneuverability— this is the best stroller I have tried. It also glides like a dream. I did, however, keep the lighter stroller we had for two reasons: (1) this BOB stroller could never be taken on public transportation. It is heavy! And though it does fold easily, it’s awkward to unfold and takes practice. (2) less important for me, the storage is small. If I’m grocery shopping, I need to plan for other ways of carrying stuff. Despite this, this stroller is so wonderful and comfortable that it’s quickly become our daily stroller. And it worked wonderfully through the snow and slush yesterday, making it worth keeping two strollers in the apartment. ... show more

Everyone told me these are the best but I was hesitant to spend the money. After two uses I wish I’d bought it two years ago! It’s a fantastic jogging stroller - easy to push one-handed, smooth ride, easy to put away. My toddler loves riding in it and particularly loves the sun shade. Two notes. There’s no drink carrier for adults or snack tray for kids - although both can be purchased separately. At this price point I feel they should have been included. Also, I drive a Toyota Camry and have to take the wheels off so it fits in the trunk (they’re easy to get off so not an issue). ... show more

As a first time mom I had no idea what stroller to get for my newborn. I was recommended tis stroller by a relative who was also active and had this one 14 years ago for her baby. It's not recommended to put newborns in the stroller, so I got the Graco Baby Car Seat adapter and it has been amazing. We put a lot of walking miles in each week and it has been a lifesaver on sidewalks and trails because of the large tires. The price is worth the longevity and durability. Best stroller on the market, in my opinion. We only used it a handful of times and still rolls perfectly and nobrust...we live in a very rusty area. Everything turns to rust, as far as metal parts on toys go.

This stroller is an absolute TANK. Very durable and takes bumps with ease but the suspension system comes at a cost…which is the weight! 31.3 lbs may not sound like much, but I found it difficult to load this in the back of my car. It also takes up the entire back of my 4Runner. Running and pushing this thing up hill is where I noticed the weight the most. My first jogging stroller was the City Mini Jogger which was light as a feather and took up no room once folded. I soon found that I needed a stroller with a suspension system for bumps in the sidewalks so that’s why I decided to try out the Bob Alterrain. I eventually decided to return it and get the lighter Thule Urban Glide 2.0 which is rated just as high, weighs 25 lbs, and seems to fold up noticeable more when I load it into the car. I don't think there are any negatives about this stroller for us! As a first time mom, I'm always buying things we don't REALLY need for baby, thinking it will be great! BUT, to be honest, this is probably one of the best purchases I've made for my son. We went back and forth contemplating buying a used one, but quickly realized all the used ones we could find were 6+ years old because they last so long. SO, we decided if we will be using it that long, we may as well invest in a new one. My husband constantly tells me this is the best thing we've bought for our son (hubby is a "cheapskate," so this was a big purchase for us LOL.) It gives us more freedom as we are people who love being outside, we play disc golf, hike, etc. and now we feel as if baby can join us and one of us doesn't have to miss out on an activity now because we have this beast. Also, it's just SO NICE looking and quality feeling. It really looks like the Ferrari of strollers. I can't say enough good things about it, this is our first jogging/off-road stroller, so I can't compare to others, but we straight up love it and would recommend it to any friends or family. ... show more

I got this stroller back in 2021 when my daughter was an infant so I could get back to jogging. I'M SO GLAD I DID. I bought the car seat adapter and it worked great. When she got a little older, I got the snack tray attachment. Now she's 3 and the stroller is exactly as it was when I purchased it which is impressive because of how much it's been used.
