I was looking for a good egg pan. I was tired of my eggs. Sticking but this pan they slide right off. It is heavier than I am used to but it is built really well. So far I has stayed flat I cook on medium. I have not had any scratches but I have not used metal in it.

Be sure to follow directions for first time cleaning before use stated in the included booklet. The sides of the pan do not match standard lids so one must purchase the additional matching lid.
