On the heavier side (cast iron) but not a huge size so easy to store. Perfectly fit a large fillet of cod. I did keep the plastic spacers (shipped in) around the rim so the top isn’t knocking on the bottom when stored. Beautiful pot. Lid fits well lid doesn’t get hot. The color is beautiful. The quality is amazing. The brand is high-end and the price reflects that. It was worth the splurge. Very easy to clean. I hand wash it, but it can go in the dishwasher.

It gets five stars because it cooks like a dream, looks pretty on the stove and mainly because after owning Le Creuset products for over twenty years - they have a lifetime warranty and they actually stand behind that warranty. Love the beauty of this cookware. Word of mouth said to check out the beautiful Le Creuset cookware on Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, Netflix series "With Love Meghan", episode one. I did and fell in love with this petal enameled cast iron cookware. Also, thoroughly enjoyed episode one (learned how to make fragrant candles). Could not believe I would spend so much money on one cookware. But justified it due to the company's reputation of having the best in high quality enameled cast iron cookware and assigning it to be a Mother's Day gift to myself.
