Love the color! Le Creuset quality is consistently good. Use this saucepan mostly for cooking veggies - can saute perfectly. Also nice for making sauces.As with all enameled cast iron, pan is really heavy and hard to hold with one hand while trying to pour contents into a bowl. Light color interior will eventually stain. No biggie for me. Must use non scratch utensils. And of course brand is not inexpensive. Also must use heat protector sleeve (pot holder) for handle, lid, etc. But when you need that enameled cast iron cooking, this pan really meets the task. ... show more

I mean, it's Le Creuset. What more can one say. Except it a BRAND NEW color and they do't have anywhere NEAR the assortment of pots, etc. that the other color lines have. My ONLY complaint. My pot arrived in perfect condition. I take care of it like fine jewelry.
