I can now say that I cook exclusively with Le Creuset cast iron and nothing else. The depth of flavor that you get cooking with cast iron cannot be matched by any other. More so any other than Le Creuset. If you have never cooked with cast iron then might I suggest you try. AND! if you are going to then why not invest in a quality piece that will last you a lifetime and not something cheap. Even heat distribution and easy to clean.
