First time trying this Le Creuset Signature Enameled Cast Iron Bread Oven with Lid it was wonderful. I had a bit of trouble detaching the bread from the rim, but once accomplished the hot butter on the fresh bread was out of this world. I can't wait to try it again. My recipe was simple, Flour, Water, Yeast and salt....no knead and ready in about 2 hours. I cheat and use extra yeast for rapid rise and the proving area is warm with the heat of my oven. Maybe a tad expensive but worked better than using my LeCruset Dutch oven as it seals better. ... show more
