I’ve had it about a week. I make tea 1 to 2 times a day. The water boils quickly. It’s heavy duty so you can feel the weight but it’s easy to use. It is beautifully made. I absolutely love the color - Caribbean (my favorite part of the world too). It stands out on the stove. The media could not be loaded. Very disappointed! I have owned a Le Creuset kettle for many years prior to this one with no issues. With this one the plastic around the whistle started melting periodically. Now it has melted to the point that it won’t stay open and simply flops around.
