just finished my first meal using this pot. very thoroughly cooked, retained the heat and taste extremely well. a bit heavier than most stainless steel pot but not as heavy as its flagship dutch oven. only downside is the two labels are extremely difficult to peel off. glue is made of those types of cheap low end glue that permanently sticks. I spent one hour just to slowly peel them off with the help of goo gone. ... show more

    • Worked great for six months -- then enamel began to crack off inside bottom

I used this pot for making stock and broths. Because it's enameled, I only use plastic or wooden utensils. First batch of broth would have been June 2023. It's now December and the bottom has begun chipping badly enough to not use it. I re-strained today's broth using a smaller-holed sieve and cheesecloth to catch the chipped off parts. Until today, it was wonderful to use and I love the bright spot of color. But it's useless. ... show more
