We got the 8 piece set and it's great! First off... It arrived in 2 deliveries. The first delivery was 3 boxes which included all of the chairs, cushions, and small end table. 2 days later, we received a box with the table and a small box with the cushion covers. Assembly wasn't bad at all as long as you're mildly handy. We weren't missing any parts and didn't have any damage. The set is comfortable and inviting. You can easily customize the chair positions to your needs with included clips joining them together. The fire pit table is also nice and works really well. The media could not be loaded. I am so happy with this set. I am a 57 year old woman, pretty handy, and was able to put it all together by myself. In doing that I could see how well it was made. It's reinforced with steel bars and the ratan is very strong/thick. The cushions are quite thick and actually the only hard part about this product- is getting them out of the packing. They put them in the backs of the chairs and you have to wiggle them out. But everything was well packed and nothing was damaged, broken nor missing-as far as the furniture. Plus they give you extra hardware, just in case. The only problem I had was that I was missing ONE cushion cover. Those are shipped separately in a large set. I contacted the company about my ONE missing cover and within couple of days, they sent me an ENTIRE new set again-with no rebuttal at all! Great customer service! We bought the 15 piece set so we could use some on both our upper and lower decks. (see pics and please excuse the dust, LOL) Everything is sturdy and adult sized. I absolutely love the firepit. Absolutely in love with this outdoor furniture. Very comfortable. Took a while to get all setup but worth it! Family loves the propane heater/fire. Super easy to use and turn on. Heavy duty, had a few wind storms and it hasn't budged, I do suggest you take off the glass shield though. We did have an accident with the glass top shattering but the company was amazing and sent a new one to replace it. It came super fast, and packed very well. The only thing I was a little upset about was the cushions do sun bleach. So make sure to get a cover when not in use. ... show more

Overall this is a great patio set. Easy to assemble, the actual foundation of it is great quality. The cushions are comfortable. The only downfall we had was we got the black one and it faded within a month, but the sellers were extremely responsive and easy to work with to correct the problem. The set up of the entire set was relatively easy to put together. It looks nice and we have been excited to host friends and family. We have used it for a few weeks and the fire table only a handful of times. On Saturday July 20th we were using the fire table for about an hour or so. Our propane tank ended up running out so we shut it off. Both the knob on the table and the tank itself. About 20 minutes later we were sitting there and the glass top of the table shattered. I was so optimistic about our table set! I’m hoping this was just a fluke, but it could’ve seriously injured someone had we not been sitting away from it. ... show more

I absolutely love this set I’m not easily impressed, it will easily fit 12 (average sized adults) it did take a while to assemble but wasn’t too hard just time consuming. Worth every cent beautiful! Fire pit is cool too and works well!

The material and fabrication of it is okay. The cushions are less than pleasurable. But if you’re looking for a 3 year quick fix for patio furniture, sure. It will do the job.
