We are quite pleased with this set. It arrived in a bunch of large (including one huge) heavy boxes, and assembly is tedious and time-consuming. You will wonder how you got yourself into this project, but the final product is worth it (IMO). The directions are pretty Spartan, but on closer inspection are useful and accurate. The bolts and washers are nicely labeled. The bolts line up well with the bolt holes. The ratchet/wrench supplied works well (without it you would really be having a bad day). The plastic wicker is of high quality and well wrapped around all parts. The set is very attractive and looks like more expensive furniture. Be aware that the frames are steel and will certainly rust (probably quickly) if left outside in the rain or in very high humidity conditions. [I will be using this set in a screened in porch and am hoping for the best. Aluminum framed furniture is quite a lot more expensive.] The furniture is sturdy. The cushions are a little on the thin side but comfortable. The chairs glide and swivel nicely. That is not to say that this furniture is on a par with the high end products available at exclusive furniture stores, but I'm very satisfied with the quality and appearance of this patio set. This is a great product for the price.

Was skeptical at first- the boxes are shipped separately at different times. Be patient! This set is definitely worth the wait! It is sturdy and comfortable. Quality seems very well, only time will tell, but I really love it. It is deep set. The color is exactly as described. Easy to put together.

I purchased the brown rattan with cream / beige pillows, but it is truly white. The cushion fabric kind of attracts dirt and pet hair, which is worse when it's white. However the cushions themselves are quite nice and I purchased inexpensive covers and I've kind of prefer that since now I can take the covers off anytime and wash it. Honestly I love this furniture. The rattan it is really nice and the chairs seem quite sturdy. I think this will last a long time on my covered porch. The chairs are comfy, the couch is long enough to sleep on, it was easy to put together... I would definitely purchase this again. Just be prepared to get some inexpensive covers, but other than that absolutely no complaints and I would highly recommend it.

For the first few years after buying our new house in South Florida, we basically abandoned the front porch as it faced east, and the sun was just unbearable until it passed over the house around 2-3 PM. We instead used the rear porch as there was tree cover, and my wife had planted some lovely garden areas. After some discussion, we decided to put an aluminum roof over the front porch, as our family was growing and our little dogs, who could easily escape the rear porch area, could not get out of the front porch after we installed a dog gate. We looked at patio furniture for weeks, but just couldn't find anything we both loved. As happens sometimes on Amazon, you turn the proverbial page and "WHAM," there it is. It had everything we were looking for and more. The set comes in 5 or 6 different packages, which arrived over the next few days. Once we had them all, it was just a matter of putting them together, which I must say was pretty simple. No IKEA nightmares or extra parts left over. The wife and I had the whole thing put together in a few hours. Nowadays, it's one of our favorite places to congregate and visit with guests. I also need to mention that when we did face a problem, I had the pleasure of speaking with the nicest lady who had an amazing southern accent who went on to very politely explain that our problem was not really a problem, one of us (yeah, it was me) had installed the seat base upside down. She was so nice and insisted on staying on the phone while she described in detail just what I needed to do and walked me through the entire process. Talk about amazing customer service. The wife and I are already looking into replacing the furniture on the back porch, and there is no other company I would use for that project other than these fine folks.

The back of one swivel chair arrived torn. It took a few days and several photos to convince the sell to ship a new one. They were saying it was extra wicker that can be cut off! The set is small but decent. The back cushions on the rockers are half as thin as the couch. The couch cushions are much more comfortable. I am waiting for my chair back to arrive so I can put it together. It is a little inconvenient having the open box sitting in my living room.

Absolutely love this patio set!! Can’t believe we found this on Amazon either! The cushions are comfy and the rocking chairs are great too. Assembly was very straightforward and easy for my husband and I to put together. It was nice they included the tool need for fastening. So far they have held up to dirt and spills.
