But now it holds the temp i set with no issues. The Bluetooth connection and app makes it super easy to use and I don't use the on bord display.

We have a 24' x 12' x 52" pool and we live in MN. This pool heater is a game changer!! Heated the pool from 70 to 86 degrees in 2 days. We will now be able to use our pool for 4-5 months vs a few weeks. I would definitely recommend this product.

Our until is less than 60 days old, we’ve already tried contacting customer service 3 times to figure out why it won’t heat up. Their recommendations have made zero difference. Way too much money for a substandard product.

Works great. Heats our 20x12 pool to over 97 degrees. Depending on weather, can heat minimum 10 degrees per day. If above 80 outdoors, will heat quickly.

We purchased the 30000 btu unit and received over a week ago. Hook up was fairly easy once we got the right hose sizes. As of today, even with the awful weather here in northeast PA, our pool is sitting at 84°, which is what I have it set to. Used with a pool cover at night, if this unit continues to work like it has so far, it will be one of the best investments we've made! The temp of our pool to start was 65°, it took about 24-28 hours for it to climb to 84, that's pretty impressive in my book, and we have been able to enjoy swimming 3 times already when prior to the heater, no one in my house would have went near the freezing water!

It has heated up the pool nicely so far, but it was not easy to connect. Also, I’m not sure if it will warm the water when it’s in the low 80’s here, but we will see after the Summer. I’ll report back then.

If you’re on the fence, jump off and purchase! We have a 22ft round pool and live in north eastern Illinois, basically on the border of Wisconsin and 5 mins from Lake Michigan. Our pool has gotten as hot as 92 degrees so far with this heater, making our pool days much more enjoyable and hopefully longer!

I have a 9,000 gallon small in ground pool . At the time of purchase the seller called me said the unit would be late and they can refund my money or take money off . I chose to wait and take the money off . After two months of use the heater is working great !! Very happy with the professionalism of the company and it's product
