Good sound quality (4/5 but I’m picky). Gets very loud, lasts about 4 hours at max volume. Everyone on my 21’ boat can hear this speaker when we’re underway at 30mph. Biggest downside is no real way to check the battery level - you just get a notification that the battery is low about 30 mins before it dies. Believe I got it for about $120 which I think was a good deal. Better way to check battery life and a slightly longer lasting battery would make this 5 stars. ... show more

    • Does not charge quick enough during use
This speaker is great for the money. Sounds good, seems very durable. Has a nice look to it. My only complaint is that it will not charge quick enough to sustain being used at max volume. It actually charges VERY slow. Ive used both 2.0 amp and even 3.0 amp charging bricks. At max volume, the battery will last about 4-5 hours. But this thing can put out a good amount of bass which sucks up power. So if you listen to more accoustic genres, it could last slightly longer. But once the battery is depleted, expect to wait a few hours to be fully charged again. Like 3-4 hours. This speaker is quite loud for size. But It turns out, it actually not quite loud enough for my usage. I work in a noisy warehouse with a lot of machinery running. For around your home, however, its PLENTY loud. I have a pretty large back yard and it fills the space with music. Too loud for the neighbors actually haha ... show more

No Bluetooth link, could not change the source, and auto shutoff after 3 mins. The Seller delivered it quickly, but Monster sent the Seller a defective item which got sent to me. Had to return it bummer.
