  • This Little One Is A Beast This Little One Is A Beast
Color: 18-inch Black & Orange
This little tiller is amazing! It was first used to dig up a stretch of ground to plant a garden and did fabulous! Moving along to a week ago... we needed to level the ground for a new 14 ft diameter pool and out comes this little monster. It chewed up that ground like a dog with a bone! It took about four hours all together and it's still not level (our fault, not the machines) but this tiller did what we required it to do and didn't hesitate. 😁 My son wouldn't let me use it because he said I didn't give it enough pressure and was only scratching the surface so I'm assuming you need elbow grease to actually dig the ground. He did the heavy part. He said if it broke after we were done we would have definitely gotten our money's worth! Happy to say, they picture in the garage is after we finished and it's not broke. It worked through many hours, never hesitated, never over heated (I did, it was HOT out there!), dug up some huge rocks and didn't once throw them, bumped across the ground all along the way but still kept going! The only issue we had was with the plug and cord (not the machine's fault, just the nature of corded vs battery vs gas powered). I just walked along behind my son and held the cord out of his way. It's simple to operate, just push the button and pull the trigger to start it. There's a lever at the bottom to adjust the height. It's so simple to use! I definitely recommend it for home use. It's a little machine that packs a powerful punch!! Well worth the price! ... show more

  • Easy to Build Lightweight and Great for Home Gardening Easy to Build Lightweight and Great for Home Gardening
Color: 16-inch Orange
Easy to build and lightweight enough that my 6 year old could help use it. Worked surprisingly well even on dry dirt and folds down nicely for storage. The only confusing part was the R clip during setup. Maneuvers nicely with wheels and in use. It feels sturdy with two handles. Love that its electric so no battery drainage. Overall this has been great for weekend garden projects. ... show more

  • So glad I found this tiller!
Color: 9-inch Orange
For a small tiller, I couldn’t have found anything better that I love about it, except it only comes with one battery. But I ordered an extra one. I use it for tilling flower beds, and it works good for that!! It’s even tough on hard ground, and you can work it pretty hood. Perfect for previously conditioned soil!! I’m 77 and female, and can handle it with ease. It’s Lightweight, but heavy enough to do the job.. I haven’t run the battery down with the small jobs I’ve done. ... show more

  • Fantastic Lightweight Garden Tiller
Color: 16-inch Orange
I am really pleased with this little tiller. It came during the summer heat wave and I'm only just now getting out in the Florida garden to really use it. And what a great job it does. We're preparing our fall garden, which involves loosening the soil and clearing out weeds. It's very maneuverable which is a plus for tilling weeds without disturbing existing plants. And it is powerful enough to get down into the soil and really do a good job. Further pluses, it arrived very well packed. The manufacturer did an excellent job of package engineering. And, it was easy to assemble. Big plus, it's lightweight. I have a big, gasoline powered tiller as well. I haven't pushed the MZK, but I doubt that it will go through rocks and big roots like the big tiller. But for 90% of what we have to do, the MZK is going to be the tool of choice. It's a valuable addition to our garden equipment and my wife and I thank the people at MZK for offering this tiller that is right sized for our garden. ... show more

  • Impressive Tiller Full Review of using Impressive Tiller Full Review of using
Color: 18-inch Black & Orange
Decades ago I rented a tiller = think it was Honda. Remember it was very heavy and literally pulled me around the yard -- like trying to hold on to a bull at a rodeo. After removing what little St Augustine grass was in the front yard, assembled this little tiller (took about 5 minutes). Doesn't say in the book when using if you "go forward" or "walk backward". Tried both ways, Found it wants to go forward, so 90% of time let it semi pull its self. It's light enough that you can control it completely, regardless of if going forward or pulling it back towards you. Occasionally, in tight corner spaces, let it run while pulling back and forth -- it does do fine and looses the dirt (as good if not better going backwards) but it sorta digs a hole in that spot. Tiller is not loud, and to my surprise it has a lot of power -- it never "bogged down" when it hit hard dirt or spider web type roots buried in the dirt. Took about an two hours to do 50' x 30'. Did a "cross" pattern as it suggests in the booklet. Tiller Does Bounce up and down. Discovered that occurs when it hits really hard compacted dirt. When this happened, it is best to just quit advancing forward, and also push down on the handle bars to raise the blades slightly, and then lower the handles slowly -- a little at a time -- giving the blades time to break up and loosen the hard dirt. A lot of my yard was very hard and going so slowly giving the blades time to break up the soil really added time to get job done. Hit a few roots about the size of my finger, and the tiller would generally just "hop" over them. Occasionally, it would break a root of that size, but not often. It does not do well in damp or kinda muddy dirt, so avoid those areas when using. A couple of times small roots had to be "unwound" from the blade shaft (note: these roots didn't stop the tiller from working, but removed them as preventative maintenance as instructions suggested) Actually, I was amazed this light weight small tiller is as efficient and effective as it is -- especially for the 150 cost. THE ONLY ISSUE I FOUND: -- There is a cut out in the handle for your extension cord to loop thru to make connection to the tillers male a/c plug. The location of where the electrical cable goes thru the handle is right near where the power switch is located -- so, if your wearing gloves (like the instruction books said) it is very difficult to operate the switch. Even without gloves, the power cord still is "in the way" of the power switch. Also, the connection of the power cable from the tiller and the extension cord kept coming disconnected. Finally tied them together in a 'square knot'. That fixed the 'disconnect' issue. Be sure to keep the extension cord AWAY from the blades when your operating the tiller -- it will wind your extension cable up in the blades a heart beat (dont ask how I know) Overall, this little tiller did exactly what I needed it to do. Am very pleased, and think it was well worth the money. Would recommend it very much. ... show more

  • Good product overall
Color: 16-inch Orange
Surprisingly powerful, well designed and mostly well made; the wheels/axle supports are light and can deform a little under a heavy strain, such as catching on a thick root. But it does a very good job overall.

  • What a beast!!!! Great machine!
Color: 14-inch
Wow am I more than just ok happy I purchased this!! I am satisfied big time! When it arrive, I was hugely skeptical and like okay let’s see my I got myself into. Well, I got myself into a little machine that morphed into a big tough guy when put together and sicced on my vegetable garden. My garden is no tiny little thing either. It’s about 75’ x 60’ or so. The battery life is AMAZING! At least for now. I work for at least 1.5 - 2 hours and take a break to do something else just to charge again for a little while. I have yet to have it drain. Now, I am in my 60s and female, but in no way a wuss. But starting a machine (any machine) by pulling a freaking cord that was obviously designed to beat humans to submission had me ready to give up weed eating, chain sawing, and tilling. I have other brands of everything but the tiller. Anyhow this thing is the bomb!! I did have my brother-in-law prep my garden with his tractor first because I had previously owned horses and there was hay bale string and lots of stumps and other trash from an old deck had to be dug up and discarded. He laid the rows. But as any gardener knows you HAVE to have a tiller to keep it all cleaned up in between. Next year I won’t need the tractor because I am completely confident all I will have to do is just start at one corner and finish to the other and till everything in between with this tiller. It has proven that it can handle the task. I hope it continues to hold up and have a good long life. At this point—I am a huge supporter of this beast!! Worthy every single dime—and it didn’t break the bank to buy it!! I could gush on and on ab how good it is. Truly, just try it. It’s great! ... show more

  • Where have you been all my life!!! Where have you been all my life!!!
Color: 16-inch Orange
I live Augusta, GA where my neighborhood was completely decimated by Hurricane Helene. Between that and a tornado ripping through my front yard, I lost three enormous, beautiful trees, one older than the U.S. Declaration of Independence. I decided to memorialize these beautiful trees with various fields of wild flowers, starting with the area directly below my kitchen window. I CANNOT say enough positive things about this tiller: 1. It’s easy to assemble. 10 minutes from the box. 2. It’s powerful. 3. It’s easy to operate. If you can walk a dog or a precocious child, you can operate this tool. 4. The breath and depth of this machine’s ability to unearth small/medium sized roots is nothing short of miraculous. Also surprising was its removal of the entire areas’s layers of anti-weed cloth that was laid down by the previous home owners. I didn’t intend on removing the layer of cloth, but the machine had other ideas so I went along with the plan. I’m glad I did because it’s one helluva cleaner area now. 5. One of the most impressive discoveries early on was my walking backwards with the tiller and lifting slightly towards my chest which causes the machine to pitch forward and dig deeper to really loosen that rich and moist soil - - doing so removed the need for me to even consider buying any amount of new dirt for the wildflower seeds I’ll be throwing down. I think this was one of the most useful motions used during the entire process. 6. Because my area was so packed with years of roots and layer of cloth, I did have to stop the machine three times in the 90 minutes I was tilling in order to remove the wrappings of the materials around the spool. But that’s expected. The area pictured (before and after) took me 90 minutes from start to finish. I am relentlessly meticulous about yard work. Someone else may have done it quicker. I promise you, had I not used this tiller, (a) my back would be shot by now, (b) I would be no where done - manually tilled, this would have easily been a 3-5 hour job and likely cost me a bad back for the next two weeks. I’m ready to start hitting the other areas where the tress used to be. Make no mistake, this tiller is the best decision you can make. It’s sturdy, effective, and the cost is WELL beyond reasonable. Happy Tilling!!!! ... show more
