Overall, happy with the sturdiness and how well the pieces have held up (thus far). My only complaint are the cushions and cushion covers. Good luck getting them to stay in place with any sort of breeze or is someone nearby sneezes. Always putting them back in place, picking them off the ground, etc. Ideally, purchase a separate set of cushions to put on this sectional; something more heavy duty.

This product was easy to assemble & is comfortable. If you need this product right away, i suggest you order it way in advance. Although this product was not delivered on time, the seller was very cooperative and sympathized with me and understood how disappointed I was and refunded me my delivery fee and wanted to make everything right which is much appreciated! I would purchase it again from this seller but definitely give it ample time for delivery. :)

Ratan Patio Set. Received the product as promised. Very well packaged and the glass table top was very well protected. The structure of the unit is very high quality and appears very durable. Assembly is a totally different experience. There’s a material list of all the parts and the parts have great drawings and are labeled with letters The assembly instructions have absolutely no value. The instructions have three dimensional drawings, but have no words or letters to reference the material list so it’s a total guess where the parts go. The fasteners are good quality, the 4mm tool that comes with it makes assembly difficult, however I have a socket tool with a swivel that helped. Plan on disassembling and reassembling several time. I attempted to contact the supplier several times because two of the parts seemed not to be compatible, obviously they have very limited understanding of English. However, I received a memo today that indicated replacement parts will be sent to me.

It's not super easy to put together. It's not complicated but its labor intensive. Everything is done with an Allen key at an awkward angle. It takes forever. It is comfy and it looks great but the cushions slide all over. I'm looking for a solution. Over all I really like it

When I first ordered the set, there was a mix up with the address, it was quickly resolved. I recieved my order in a few large boxes. The set was not difficult to put together, however the small allen wrench that was included to assemble it did a number on my hands. (Use an allen wrench drill attachment if you have one, to save your hands!) I am a 50+ woman and assembled it myself in an evening. Getting lots of use out of it, however I do put the cushions away after each day. It has held up nicely. The cushions are not thick or of the highest quality, but they work. Overall I am pleased with this set.
