I have been in the repair business many years and have owned and used scanners from pretty much every manufacturer. I ordered this scanner and it came in a couple of days. It was in a nice blow molded case that was double boxed. I have used it on vehicles as old as 2007 and as new as 2025 and it interfaced with all of them. The auto ID is quick. It will graph up to 8 pids if you need to see several live at once. It does all of the service resets that I tried it on. Another plus is the touch screen is sensitive and works great. Some other brands that I have owned you have to tap multiple times but not this one! It comes with 2 years of free updates. A lot of companies charge $500 to $1000 per year for updates. It is great for code scans, live data, bidirectional controls and coding. If you have been wanting to raise your game but not pay the 1000s of dollars to do it, buy this machine!

Great size for going into and out of vehicles. This scanner connects quickly and has great bidirectional controls, I have used it on over 10 vehicles so far (Ford, VW, Lincoln, Honda, Toyota, and GMC) and it has had all the data and controls I needed to perform my diagnostics and repairs. One thing to note is that it requires a bit of time to update all of the vehicle files when you first set it up, I just started the updates and checked after an hour to make sure it was going well.

This product is NOT supported by Launch Tech USA. Launch Tech USA would not answer any questions or provide any support! They very firmly but politely advised this product is provided by a Chinese reseller and any support must come from China via email. Launch Tech USA stated to me in writing "Unfortunately SN: xxx is not a Launch North American version product, and as such Launch Tech USA does not sell or support it.". They additionally said, "we do not sell directly to the public, online from eBay or Amazon, etc.". There is nothing on the Amazon page, at least that I could find, stating this. Buyer Beware.

The instructions could be a little more direct and clear. The scanner did what it was supposed to, and for the most part for me was more intuitive than I thought it would be. I purchased this item because to go to the dealer and have them try and scam me out of $1200 for something they really couldn’t fix, this purchase was probably still less expensive than the initial diagnostics they would charge me. I don’t have any regrets about my purchase.

I got this because it Professional grade diagnostic tool, Good battery life, Touch screen is responsive. apps load quickly, Had no issues reading and data logging needed PID's, 2 year subscription included makes it good value, Tablet is encased is a nice heavy duty case that is easy to hold, The range of vehicles covered is impressive has way more features and ability to reset and go deeper into codes etc. we ran a diagnostic on his 14 lexus ct 200h which has been throwing ABS codes and the bi directional workings came in great to rebleed the toyota systems . It's a nice scanner for the price and capabilities.
