It was a chilly morning today so it was my first time turn it on. It runs nice and quiet with only the soothing sound you'd want to hear when feeling warmth begin to generate. I love its design on legs! It looks very nice in person and the oscillating feature operates nice and gradual so that if sitting nearby you don't get cold then warm because the movement is slow and stays focused only to a certain rotation away then turns back again. It feels sturdy. It was packaged to perfection in a perfectly sized thick cardboard box you might consider keeping this box and to prevent damage to the top and bottom it has thick cardboard fittings rather than those annoying Styrofoam end caps. All in all I love everything about this little heater. And I'm very happy I bought it and have it! This is a same day update. I think it is valuable to provide this update. I bought this heater on September 26 2023 for $49.99. I love it so much I thought hey I'm going to buy one just like this for my office. However today October 7 2023 this heater skyrocketed to 97 and change. So there we have corporate greed at its finest doubling the cost now that it's getting colder. Smaller than expected but packs a powerful punch. I got this for that in-between time before I have to turn on the furnace and it heats the entire living room a kitchen (about 500sq ft) to a comfortable steady 73-75 degrees set at the highest setting and rotating. It very elegant and non-descript for a portable heater and looks nice in any decor. I took advantage of the sale and got it at an excellent price point but knowing what I know now I would have paid the listed price. My only complaint about this heater is that it does not have remote, other than that I would definitely recomend. This heater lasted through three winters of near constant use before finally dying at the end of last winter. Kept a 250 square foot basement room livable . I like that it has a unique look, and isn't too noisy. The only reason I am not buying another is that it doesn't have tip over protection. I've walked into it in the dark many times, and I was always worried about pets knocking it over when I wasn't around.
