I bought the matte black ones, and overall, I like them. They look simple but elegant and feel solid. I do wish they were a little deeper, but they do the job. I’ve been putting them in the dishwasher, and while they’re listed as dishwasher safe, the black finish does seem to wear in some spots. That said, they’re a good value for what you get, just something to keep in mind if appearance is a top priority.

I absolutely love these. These are not like the ones you'd use at a ramen restaurant but they are ideal for soup. I read a few reviews on here regarding them developing rust, I noticed that all who reported rust had purchased the same type which is like a brushed finish. These are definetly stainless steel and my guess is that if you wash them and don't dry them, they develop rust the same way a knife would. So for those leaning torwards the brush finish, which is quite ellegant, know that you have to dry them off or wash them with very hot water for avoid rust. and if they do develop rust, it's easy to remove by using a fine brillo.
