Features

  • Anti- Rust and Durable Steel StructureThe chicken coop uses a high-quality steel pipe frame, coupled with galvanizing technology, don't worry about rusting in outdoor. The steel pipe is strong and stable enough in windy and heavy rain.
  • Waterproof Shed Fabric210D waterproof and UV-resistant Oxford cloth can effectively protect chickens from bad weather. The shed frame of the spire design can drain rain, snow and debris, and will not accumulate on the roof.
  • PVC Coated Hexagonal Wire MeshThe wall of the chicken coop is made of PVC coated hexagonal wire mesh that is too solid and durable to damage. Also, the small gaps between meshes add safety to your chicken that prevent them from some predators.
  • Easy InstallationThe components of the bolt combination design can easily and quickly build the chicken house. The chicken coop can be used as a habitat for small pets such as rabbits, ducks, cats, dogs, sheep, birds, and land turtles. It can also be set up as a planting protection shed for flowers, vegetables and fruits.

Top Amazon Reviews

  • Revised comment due to excellent customer service, but read for design change info
Pattern Name: 1.26" Diameter Size: 9.8' L x 13.1' W x 6.4' H
EDIT: The seller and I have been in communication and they had to redesign to make shipping and manufacturing more efficient, which is understandable. I have upgraded my first rating to a 5-star based upon the excellent communication with the seller. Revised comment: I purchased this exact item (same company, same product, I hit the "order again" button on Amazon) a year or two ago. There are several major changes between the two models that are worth discussing. 1. Hinge design change. Hinges on the original model were fine. However, on the new ones when you tighten them on one side there is no strain release to prevent the side with the pin from also tightening, which then prevents the door from freely rotating. I hammered in an old nail to act as a strain release during tightening and that worked like a charm. (photo included) 2. Poles. I don't feel they are as tight fit on the new model, but the seller said they didn't change the poles themselves, so maybe I'm remembering the old installation incorrectly (it has been a year or two since I assembled the last one). I will say the poles do have significant wobble and it's not a bad idea to use a level to make them square and shove something in the joint space to tighten them up prior to installing chicken wire. I was hoping the chicken wire would tighten and square things up for me but it didn't, so learn from me and do it ahead of time. 3. Door assembly changed. In my photograph, the old model is on the left, the new model is on the right. The new model comes with an extra horizontal beam you're supposed to put above the door. I fought with it for a while until I realized it wasn't even on the old model. You can temporarily install it to hold the door frame in place, but when you go to install the door take it off if it's giving you problems, it's not necessary. Also, the new door uses clamps on all four corners. Last door had curved corners which was better (sturdier, easier to assemble, not crooked). When assembled my door was cockeye. I had to stand on the bottom and gently bend the top until everything was square. An addition that is not a critique of the product: the chicken wire will hold birds in but will not protect them from predators. You will have to install heavier fencing at least along the walls and sink the bottom of the fence about six inches into the soil. This helps keeps predators out but also the chickens in, as they like to scratch along the bottom of the coop and they will excavate holes over time. All in all it's a good chicken run for the money and my birds like it. Just be aware that if you have the older model and you're looking for symmetry that the door is different now. ... show more

  • Sturdy, easy to put together, great for the price.
Pattern Name: 1.26" Diameter Size: 9.8' L x 13.1' W x 6.4' H
This was pretty easy to put together. No extra tools needed. 2 person job. You will need to buy some sturdier wire mesh to put on the walls to keep animals out. That will cost another$100 or so. Chickens seem happy with their new bigger run.

  • YES I would definitely recommend.
Pattern Name: 1.26" Diameter Size: 9.8' L x 19.7' W x 6.4' H
We purchased the coop with the 1.26 inch tubing Frame, approx 10' x 20'. Our flock absolutely loves all the extra space. Easy to assemble.. We live in Florida so we anchored it to the ground only because it gets quite windy here at times. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend the 1.26 frame coop/run product. ... show more

  • Pros and cons
Pattern Name: 1.26" Diameter Size: 9.8' L x 13.1' W x 6.4' H
This really filled the need we had. I had a small coop, I wanted the chickens to be able to walk around in a safe space outside the coop area when I don't watch them in the yard. This provides all that. In fact, being 6ft tall, I was dreading having to bend over to get in there. It's not bad at all. However, the door! It completely won't stay together right. No matter how we tighten the bolts, the top part slides down and the hinge is SO tight (despite trying wd 40 a good amount of times) , that the bottom two parts come apart just about every time you open the door! I should supply pictures, it's hard to explain but what a pain! We have to figure something out because it'll be a disaster once it snows. Any help from seller? I am not finding the contact info, despite clicking a bunch of things. So, it's alright.. but that door!! Ugh! ... show more

  • Decent coop for the price! Great customer service!
Pattern Name: 1" Diameter Size: 9.8' L x 13.1' W x 6.4' H
Decent little coop for the money! Just find better ways to secure the door and hold it down. When we received it the package was pretty beat up and we were missing parts. The customer service was very responsive and got us the missing parts ASAP. I wish the ground stakes were a little more sturdy, they really aren’t effective. We lost three ducks the first week because animals were able to just lift it up and go under. I also wish the door frame construction was a bit better. The posts slide no matter what we do and it has to be reinforced with bungees to keep our birds safe. There’s plenty of wire netting. We lopped some under all edges to prevent animals from digging under. Unfortunately the pins didn’t hold and they were able to get in anyways. We’ve had to find another means to keep animals out. ... show more

  • Absolutely wonderful coop
Pattern Name: 1.26" Diameter Size: 9.8' L x 19.7' W x 6.4' H
One of the best purchase’s I have made. I would give the seller 10 stars if possible. There is no way I could build this myself at this cost with wood and poultry wire. (I have built many chicken coops) After this experience I will only buy them from now on from this company. I couldn’t be more happy. The kit arrived in three separate package’s and it was super easy to organize and inventory all the parts and pieces before I laid it all out and put it together. Minimal tools needed, it came with a wrench for the few parts that bolted together. All I need from my tool box was a good pair of wire cutting scissors and a torpedo level. The kit goes together in so quickly, made with nice heavy duty feeling poles with very strong pole connectors that snap in place much like a tent or canopy. Super easy. The poultry wire and bailing wire is coated and strong with plenty of wire ties to hold the poultry wire in place and then come back and use the bailing wire to tie everything together and secure it all. (this is the time consuming part keeping everything tight and neat) Initially we had some problems with shipping, this had absolutely nothing to do with the seller. When I contacted the Seller they had the situation resolved and fixed within the hour and updates on tracking numbers. They sure my large coop arrived as quickly as possible. Summary: Excellent customer service, quality materials, easy to put together (it’s good to have a helper when putting the poultry wire over the cage). I hope to be buying another from them very soon. ... show more
