These seem to be good quality machine covers. They fit most of my pen machines and are made out of a thick plastic with very little chance of ripping. The grip tape sticks to itself well and makes machines more comfortable to hold. This is a good kit for beginners.

These sleeves fit over my tattoo machine great. The opening for the cartridge allows the cartridge to go in and it seals around it. I have been able to stretch the sleeve over the top and completely seal in the machine. This is a great value and it works great.

Tons of bags included, so you don't have to worry about running out. They fit all of my pens snugly but slide on easily. They are also made of thick and sturdy material and will not rip during use. The grip tape is easy to apply, adheres well, and tears cleanly. There is a fair amount of it, so you have enough here to get through many sessions, though it definitely won't hold out as long as the bags will. It can also double as wound dressing in a pinch and holds even on skin for extended periods. Good value for the price point.
