Now that I'm working from home I needed to have more organization for my desk and behold, it came across my feed. The organizer arrived quick and within five minutes, it was assembled and holding my binders, notebooks, and all the small bits of office supplies that seem to show up at random times. My desk is more organized and while I'm not more productive, any day now I'm sure that will happen.

I'd have probably rated this 4 1/2 stars - there are a few little quirks but nothing that would push it down to a 4, so a 5 it is! This basically came almost completely assembled (a refreshing contrast to a different organizer I got earlier in the year which wasn't the right fit for my office). While there were no instructions included, it only took a quick glance at the listing to see which way was up and where to attach the rubber feet. There wasn't quite enough room for some of the feet to fit on properly - they bumped up against the metal frame for the drawer, but placing on a flat surface seemed to have them sit in the right position. I also like that they can slide, so you can set this on a more narrow shelf if needed. I didn't add the vertical file holders on top (they come in paired sets which snap into slots - you can use zero, 1, 2, or all 3) so I have a nice flat surface to set things, making it so the organizer doesn't really take away any room (apart from drawer access). It's slightly larger than a letter-sized piece of paper. They also put in a lot of effort to make the edges smooth and rounded to prevent injury. It feels very sturdy and holds a lot! You can fit more than an entire ream of paper in the middle section if you want. The drawer is divided into 5 sections - a slightly wider middle section, slightly narrower left section, and a right section divided into 3 small sections. The pen holder hangs from either side. The photos show it looking flipped in a few shots - mine came with the smaller section on the left. The business card holder is a bit useless for me with working from home, and the back panel has a bit of a curve to the wire netting that isn't supposed to be there (but doesn't interfere with its use). The video on the listing shows that it can also be used as a phone stand if desired (the magnetic grip on the back of my phone made that option more awkward than useful for me). In all, this is a great, sturdy organizer that fit almost all of my office-y supplies that had been sitting in a shoebox after I'd moved to a desk with no drawers.

My husband had me get him this to tame the paper clutter monster on his desk at home. The first step is realizing you have a problem. LOL He liked that it came with plastic folders. We're both glad to have a place to kind of triage bills and other paperwork in one place without them getting lost. My addition: On the minus side, the shelves are a bit flimsy and wave a little.

This thing has helped me organize my desktop much better! I typically have 4 jobs going on at once and this allows me to keep my notes and other documents separated by job. The drawer is also great for storing things. The unit is well-built and should last a long time. The finish is nice and smooth with no rough edges. Really makes my day seem less stressful with a neat and organized desktop! Recommended!

Pros: Easy assembly Simple in/out/hold file system Convenient bottom tray for storing office items, slides easy Feet provide good holding power to prevent accidental movement Convenient quick access side pen basket Cons: One of the trays lifts up a little if no weight is applied to it Smaller papers can slide out the sides The Neudeco Mesh Desk Organizer is a useful desk organizer for easily filing papers in an in, out, and hold system. The side holder and sliding drawer are good for organizing office supplies. There is an included folder organizer that I dont find useful on a horizontal paper organization system, but others might. Overall a simple and convenient organizer.
