Dude… first I want to start by saying this wasn’t even my main pick when I was shopping for chairs. I settled actually for this one because of the convenient delivery date out of my three finalists. And boy is my butt thankful for it. Let me give you some context, I’ve been using a race car gaming chair for the past three years. I’m a video editor/content creator part time and work from home occasionally. So I spend a lot of time in my chair at my home office and my ass and back have been destroyed as a result. I sat in this chair for the first time and it felt like being hugged from behind by God. Lol the air pressured lumbar support is awesome. You can set it your liking and lean back and feel fully supported. The seat cushion is firm but not hard. It shapes to your body and the pain I used to experience from that race car chair is gone while sitting in this one. However it is wide. So keep that in mind when considering your purchase. I’m about 5’6” and pretty overweight for my height so this chair can feel wide for a person of my stature but I was specifically looking for something like that when I was shopping for chairs. So far I spent about 5 hours straight sitting in the chair last night live-streaming and doing some editing after and my ass is all the happier for it. The style is sleek, and the quality of the material makes me feel like a boss. Also it’s breathable in all the right spots. Especially in those areas where heat would build up during a long work or game session. But no sweat here. My only criticism would be that the chair doesn’t sit at a perfect 90 degree angle so unless you have an adjustable monitor for when you want to rest your head you might find that to be a deal breaker. For me I used the old head pillow from my aforementioned race car chair for head and neck support while sitting upright during streaming and editing session. Overall this is a great purchase. I’m curious to see how it will hold up over time but for now I’m loving this chair. Assembly was pretty smooth. My advise is when placing the arms and back rest don’t fully tighten all the screws until everything is fit where it’s supposed to be, especially if you’re assembling alone like I was. In total chair was put together in 20-30mins with minimal effort. I will return with updates in a few months after the chair has been broken in. For now, I’d say if your looking for a chair and not sure which to get, don’t hesitate, this is the one for you! ... show more

    • Finally, an office chair that is comfortable AND built to last.

This chair really exceeded my expectations and I am a harsh critic, and rarely give such high marks. I highly recommend it. My package arrived in a single box and from opening to finishing the assembly took me about 15 minutes. Simple assembly and only one tool is required and it is included. This chair comes with some quality features only found on much more expensive office chairs. First thing I noticed was that rather than cheap plastic casters, with plastic wheels, the casters/wheels are very heavy duty and the wheels feel like high grade urethane, similar to skateboard wheels, with ball bearing hubs.... Rolling over uneven tile and carpet is a breeze... The next feature and one that reminded me of the great office chairs from years ago, rather than a molded plastic base, which often fail, this char base is welded steel! Heavy-duty reinforced welded base. The chair cushions are firm and well padded, and very comfortable. I had been looking for a good chair since purchasing and returning a Lazy Boy from Costco. The chair just was not comfortable and made me feel like I was being "dumped" on the floor... regardless of the adjustments. The base was plastic and casters were similar to those on all under $300 office/desk chairs.... So when my wife spotted this chair we thought we'd try it...glad we did. And if you are a little bigger person this chair is rated for 350 pounds...and you can believe it. It also has an air adjustable lumbar support, so the support can be adjusted to you individual taste. I had just been playing with the feature, and it works terrific. Not a cheap chair, but if you are tired of buying office desk chairs only to become dissatisfied and buy a new one, this chair could be a big savings. ... show more

I bought two of these for our small office, mainly based on the excellent rating earned on Amazon. I had previously purchased Lazyboy chairs, thinking they were a quality product. Boy, was I wrong and I've been kicking myself in the keister the past 5 years. I'm very impressed with the quality of these chairs. They deserve all the praise of the other reviews. Amazon was fast, the chairs were quick and simple to assemble and the materials look and feel enduring. My one and only critique at this point is that they top out height wise at what feels like about 2" short of what I'm used to. I sit at the computer at a lower height than I like. It's not terribly uncomfortable for me, but I could imagine someone taller than me (5'8") may want to rethink this purchase. That said, they're very attractive, quiet, comfortable and convenient with the fold up arms in our small office. ... show more
