While I initially enjoyed using this chair when I purchased it in Aug 2022, I must express my disappointment with the level of support it provides. Despite its attractive appearance and ease of assembly, I have found that the seat is uncomfortably hard and lacking in support, necessitating the use of a separate cushion. Additionally, the backing offers insufficient support for individuals with back issues, requiring the use of yet another cushion. The use of multiple cushions has made it challenging to achieve a comfortable seating position on a daily basis. Unfortunately, the chair has also developed a serious mechanical issue in the form of gradual sinking over time. After only a few minutes of sitting, the chair slowly sinks, making it necessary to readjust its height frequently. During a one-hour meeting, I found myself nearly touching the floor at the end of the session, which was both frustrating and inconvenient, particularly since I was on camera. Given these issues, I have decided to replace the chair entirely instead of replacing the cylinder, as this would be easier for me. ... show more

First the price was the best around and it is a good value for the money. Second it is exactly what was stated in the listing. Third just be aware it does not recline…if you want an office chair that does expect to pay a lot more for it.
