This arrived in a very damaged box; it was expected for it to be damaged and it certainly was. This is the lowest quality of wood and it was split and broken and dented despite the styrofoam packing. The company told me to assemble it anyway. We ran into one problem after another- the predrilled holes were in the wrong places and the screws weren't long enough to go through the pieces and actually catch and hold. Despite wanting a refund, the company provided a small discount. I should have refused and sent it back. DON"T BUY THIS. It is cheap quality and won't last - even if you can get it put together! ... show more

This is not a large coop, and is not sturdy enough to withstand a predator. Do not purchase this coop if you do not have a secured closure to put it in. If you are using it as a day coop to move 1-2 chickens around to range this is perfect, but don’t buy as your primary coop and definitely not for more than 2 tiny chickens. ... show more

Overall pretty good little coop. We have 10 chicks that are 6 weeks old and they all fit in there nicely. Depending on the breed of chickens, you may need another Coop or just something bigger. We are only helping them together for now, but definitely won't all fit when they get bigger. The nesting boxes are boards with holes. A pretator could lift the boards right up. I would suggest adding a couple mails to keep the boards down. We added garden straw to the needing boxes to have less draft during the night for the chicks. We also added cardboard to block off the nesting boxes for now, so the chickens don't get use to sleeping or pooping there. The front lid has no latch so I would suggest adding one for extra protection. The nesting boxes do have latches, but I would add a clip for extra protection too. We added a couple air vents which is highly suggested. Overall, great coop WITHOUT a run, as long as you make some adjustments!!! ... show more

This chicken coop could not even hold one chicken in it. It’s so little and it shows like it could hold two or 2 to 4 and it couldn’t. It couldn’t even accommodate babies. It’s very deceitful product. I would never buy it again. I never even ended up using it.
