I was really impressed with how simple these Yipscazo peel-and-stick floor tiles were to install. I originally bought out all my special cutting tools, but found that my medium duty utility scissors worked much better, giving us clean, straight cuts. The shale gray color looks nice, though it’s darker than the photos—closer to a stone gray. Luckily, we also installed better lighting in the room which helped balance it out. The tiles lined up easily, and the whole process was surprisingly hassle-free. If you're looking for a quick and affordable DIY flooring update, these are a great option—just keep in mind the color might be a bit different than expected. I liked the adhesive in these tiles. It sticks really well, so the down side is it wasn't easy to reposition when I didn't quite get it in the right spot. You can lift it off but be careful. I bent the first one I had to reposition. It didn't break but it got a wrinkled spot

My wife and I really like this floor tile. It shipped and arrived fast. It is very easy to lay out, cut with a utility knife, and the finished product looks great. The printing on this stone gray pattern tile we chose is consistent and lifelike. The adhesive backing grabs the sub straight strong and stays in place. We liked this tile and pattern so much we purchased a second case to do a small bath and the closet area in the bath we originally started on. This tile is very consistent for squareness and allows you to quickly stick the tiles down once you have your starting point set. I hit a few tiles by accident with a metal ruler while cutting and it did not hurt the pattern which makes me believe this this tile is durable for the print on pattern. I gave this tile 5 stars and ordered more.

These have a nice look, and like all vinyl tiles, if laid carefully look quite good. But these are peel and stick, so not anywhere as durable as glued down tiles, first because the adhesive doesn't stand up to a lot of use (or water) and because these are about 1/2 the thickness of glue-down tile. I give them a 5 because they are, after all, peel and stick, but don't fool yourself into thinking these will stand up like glue-down.

Very easy to apply just peel and stick. Great quality a whole lot thicker than other brand. Great value for the pockets. I will buy more for my project. They look pretty good too.
