The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this home infrared sauna regularly, and it has turned into a small “quiet corner” in the house where I can actually slow down for a bit. The overall size is compact enough to fit in a spare room without taking over the whole space, but once I’m inside it feels like a dedicated little spa area. The wood panels look clean and smooth, and there was no strong chemical smell when it was first set up, which was something I was worried about. Once it’s warmed up, the heat feels even from the back and sides, so I’m not dealing with hot spots on one part of my body and cool air on another. Assembly was simpler than I expected for something this big. Two adults can handle it without professional help. The panels are clearly labeled, they line up the way they should, and the hardware is straightforward. It did take us longer than ten minutes, but it never felt confusing or frustrating. Once everything was locked into place, the unit felt sturdy and didn’t wobble when we moved it slightly to get it into the final position. I also appreciate that the footprint is narrow enough to slide through a standard doorway, so it’s realistic for a normal house and not just a huge custom gym room. The control panel is one of my favorite practical features. It’s simple, with clear buttons for temperature and time, and it responds immediately when you tap it. I like being able to set a specific session length so I don’t have to watch a clock or keep a timer on my phone. The temperature range works well for our family. I usually start at a lower setting for the first few minutes and then bump it up once I’m comfortable. The heat builds steadily instead of suddenly blasting you, which makes it much easier to stay inside without feeling overwhelmed. I also like that the interior never feels stuffy; there’s enough air circulation that I don’t get that “can’t breathe” feeling that I sometimes get in traditional steam rooms. One unexpected advantage is how easy it is to turn this into a personal relaxation routine. I keep a towel and a bottle of water nearby, put on some calm music through the built-in speakers, and just sit without distractions for a while. The sound quality from the speakers is better than I expected for a sauna; it’s not a high-end sound system, but voices and music are clear enough that I can follow a podcast or just play background music. After a session my muscles feel pleasantly warm and loose, and I walk out feeling more relaxed and less tense from the day. That’s a very personal reaction, of course, but for me it’s become a nice part of my evening wind-down. In terms of comfort, the bench height and depth work well for an average-sized adult. I can sit upright without my knees being jammed into the front, and there’s enough room to shift positions a little. Taller users might find it a bit snug, but that’s the trade-off for having a unit that fits easily into a normal room. The interior wood stays comfortable to the touch once it’s warmed up, and I haven’t noticed any rough edges or spots that feel unfinished. Maintenance is simple too: I let it cool down, wipe the bench and floor area, and leave the door open for a bit so any remaining moisture can evaporate. There are a couple of things to keep in mind, but they’re not deal-breakers for me. The claimed assembly time is optimistic; plan on setting aside a little more time so you can go slowly and double-check each step. Also, the warranty period is only one year, which is on the shorter side for a product that uses heat and electrical components. So far, everything has worked reliably, but it’s something to be aware of when you’re making the decision. Works great. Ordered one first. And door came smashed in box. Packaging should clearly state FRAGILE in large letters so delivery team sees easily. 2nd one that was delivered was fine - set up was fairly easy and quick and use of the sauna is great. Great price for what you are buying.

Product was beat up somewhere along the line. Or just straight from the manufacturer made badly. The door doesn’t seal all the way because the wood was damaged. Multiple cracks on the wood. Other than that, all of its functions are operational. The customer support was amazing and has remedied all my complaints!! Hats off!

I feel as if the price point is too high for the condition the product comes in. My delivery box was completely unscathed, but the sauna itself came with broken plug-in components , the door was not properly bolted . So i could not open or close it. Please see the other photos for more insight. The product still works just fine ! Just some cosmetic damage to be weary of

Whatever kind of wood ? its flimsy , its a false advertising , I'm 5 '3 and my legs touch the front of the sauna glass door , no room to move . no cup holder missing like it advertise . If a person gets into the box lol, like a tall person over 5'5 the head of that person will touch the top . the cover that goes over the top of the sauna is 1/8 of a inch or less just very poor quality like a sheet of paper . Very disappointed . I want to return and purchase a much better quality! The wood was cracked and that is the part where the seat goes on. I had to pay a handyman for 3 hrs. to put together because the instructions not clear !
