Day 1 Review This chair is solidly built and easy to assemble—I managed it solo in about 10–15 minutes without breaking a sweat (or calling for backup). It’s labeled “big and tall,” for reference, I’m 5'5" and, let’s just say, pleasantly fluffy 😆 (photos included for science). The seat is nice and wide, though not super deep—so if you’ve got a generous back porch, keep that in mind. My back feels supported, and the cushion is thick and comfy. If it feels like you’re sitting too straight, just give the tension knob a few turns and relax. The top of the chair hits mid-head for me. Height and tilt adjustments? Smooth as butter. I added rollerblade wheels because carpet and standard casters are not friends. I’ll update on durability later. For context, my old Serta chair has survived seven years of daily abuse and is still hanging in there—fingers crossed this one ages just as gracefully. ... show more

"High back" this chair is not. Chair was easy to assemble but 4 weeks in there is a lot of creaking with the chair. Not made to easily recline, even with the resistance cranked all the way down. Nice chair but not for tall people. 6'2" head rest hits at my shoulders blades and makes the chair unusable. You probably need to be 5'7" or less to use this chair comfortably. If the head rest didn't stick out this chair would be fine. Also, even all the way down it sits taller than I would like and doesn't tilt back easily. ... show more
