After surviving cardiac arrest, my doctor prescribed Kyolic garlic as essential for sustained vitality- and one of several supplements that would keep my blood flow healthy as an alternative to statins and other of the “ usual” heart prescription medications that made me sick. I chose this brand because it is FREE of GMO’s, gluten,sodium, yeast, soy, sugars, preservatives and artificial colors and flavors. Also, it truly IS odorless! However, I reduced a star because it has magnesium stearate which I’ve learned from multiple resources and doctors can be toxic. And also, has whey which is another ingredient I’ve learned is not the best for a heart patient to consume. But, I am convinced that the benefits of Kyolic Garlic are proven to be considerable. I have been taking this for about 2 months and had blood work done. So far my cholesterol shows no change. Bad cholesterol is still high too. I have another blood test in October so maybe more time on this will help, I hope.
