Shopping Box was not damaged but refrigerator was. Insulation bursting out of seams, rubber seal displaced, door attached higher at hinge, lower at opening, not sure what the tape is for on one leg. After unboxing I did not plug in and requesting a return. Return accepted (you only have 10 days to request), however I paid approximately $30 shipping and seller is not covering return shipping so I’m out $60. So angry. ... show more

    • If you expect cold, Don't Buy!
On the max cold setting, the coldest it will get is about 48 degrees after not opening the door for 2 days. It keeps my beer cool, but definately not cold. The build quality is nice but the performance sucks. I contacted the company about this but didn't get a response. I'd recommend purchasing a more reputable brand. ... show more

This is the first review I've ever written. Had the refrigerator for less than 6 months and it has completely stopped working. No cooling at all. Contacted Kuppet customer service and got a standard "outside of the 90 warranty". So basically they only guarantee that their products will work for 90 days. ... show more
