I love it so far. The only dislike I have with it is the fact that the ice melts in the bucket if you leave it in there too long. So as long as you unload it within 30ish minutes, you're good.

I got it a day early but the thing was upside down the entire trip they packaged it in a PC box and it didn't turn on when I plugged it in so I'm waiting 24 hours to try to use it. I tried using it for a week and it seemed to work okay it was a little loud but I had to wait a few days because when it came shipped it came on its side instead of standing upright and then the manual it says it you can't ship it that way or else it'll damage the seal and all this other nonsense so then I stopped using it today try turning it back on again and it says the water line is not filled up, okay so I fill it up it doesn't make any ice and it just sits there I've tried following the instructions using cleaning it with I've only used water mineral water in this thing like it suggest and nothing ever happens this is a second company I've tried to buy an ice maker with the first one lasted for like 6 months this one not even a month if you really be honest of how much I've used it I've been too busy with hurricanes to worry about a ice maker.

I love this. The ice size and taste is amazing. My favorite. It makes ice super fast. Very easy to use. The ice machine is not to bis and don't take much room but is super cute on my counter. Very pleased for the amount of money I spent.

So far so good. We’ll see if it lasts a year??? It does what the company says it would do. Just a reminder. Don’t use harsh chemicals to clean with. Use vinegar. Vinegar also kills germs. The ice quality is great. By 3rd round of ice they are bigger. It tells you that in the manual. Definitely read the manual. Can’t say the value for money was right on or not, I haven’t it long enough. The housing is sturdy and weighs more than you would think when lifting, definitely solid. I would recommend this machine for now. If it’s still in my acct 3 mos from now, I’ll give an update.

I love this was so easy to use. Also love it with all the warnings, like low water or basket it full it pauses and after a few minutes will shut off. Best value for the price.

At first it produces thin and watery ice cubes because the ice maker takes about an hour to get cold enough to produce good solid ice. I found that chilling the water in the refriderator first fixes the problem. The manufacturer should have taken cool down time into account time before it begins making ice. Another issue is that the manufacturer didn't say anything in the manual to allow it to stand for 24 hours upright before using it. I totally missed that because the sticker on the unit didn't stand out well enough to bring that to my attention and so I didn't notice until after I began using it. The manual could have done a better job of going into more detail about the cleaning process. Overall it does a good job and keeps on cranking out the ice until it runs out of water.

Bought this on 6/24/23. It stopped working on 6/24.24! Hmm... Haven't been completely happy with it. It's loud, for one. The main issue is that it doesn't dump the ice fully into the bucket, and then says that the bucket is full, so every time I walked by, I had to flick the one piece of ice into the bucket so it would continue to work. As others have mentioned, the bucket is not refrigerated, so once it's full you have to then dump it into some other receptacle and put it in your freezer. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 star because I do like the color/styling. Overall, however, I can't recommend.
