This is a great piece of furniture for the price. After looking at several sets of $1200 and up we decided to go with this to see if it was something we would like. There are lots of different options out there but I chose this one because of the straps and velcro strips on the cushions, the price, and the slightly higher back than others in this price range. It looks great and we have gotten many compliments on it. As for functionality and comfort, it is not very comfortable for taller, bigger individuals. The backs and arms are much lower than a traditional sofa and the bottoms cushions are fairly thin. However, we were aware of that beforehand, and if you want something bigger and more comfortable you need to spend well over 1k. As many reviews have mentioned, yes, assembly is a pain. It took me several hours to build all of the pieces, it is not hard, just tedious in my opinion. Having more than 1 individual would definitely help speed up the process, but it can be done solo. I am interested to see how it holds up through the summer. In summary, are there better options? Probably. However, not in the price range, and as of now I would buy this again.

This set is big, sturdy and came with a lot of extra pieces if needed, right down to a roll of the rattan in case some area needs to be replaced, plus extra feet. The bottom cushions are held on by Velcro, a nice added touch. They’re firm and substantial. Not wild about the material as it is a slicker material. The throw pillows I bought separately are slick material too so they don’t want to stay sitting up. Prob made with this material to help with outside wear and tear. Now on to the cushion backs…I literally kept them out to fluff on their own for well over a week. There’s just simply not enough stuffing in the back cushions. I took out the bag inside each, bought 4 $6 standard pillows from target cut open the pillows, pulled out it’s stuffing and stuffed each one a lot more. Folded the end down and shoved them back inside the backs. They’re perfect now. The really nice detail is that these back cushions are tied onto the back of each chair. So no worrying with cushions falling off or shifting too much, at least not now that they’re stuffed full in the back. My set will not get weather as it is under a section of patio that is covered. This set took us about one and a half hrs to two hours to put together (using a battery operated screw driver) and we are much happier with the extra stuffing inside the backs. Obviously, this will cause a problem for anyone trying to return them to cut anything. So don’t plan on returning them if you do. The only thing we haven’t done yet is put on the pieces to connect them but after reading other reviews we will boil them first to ensure no issues. Oh, lastly, we ordered the turquoise color and it’s really bright and beautiful. We also have two small black dogs and there is no hiding the hair on these. Just keep a lint roller nearby. Otherwise we are happy with the attention to detail on this set. The pros outweigh the cons for the money on this set. Side note, the first pic was without the extra stuffing in the back and second pic is with.

This outdoor set is very nice and was a great addition to our back deck. The instructions are awful, however watching a youtube video made is much easier to understand what goes to what, and once you do a few chairs, each takes about 4-5 minutes to put together. It will definitely take you longer than 25 minutes to assemble, so don't be fooled. My wife and I put this set together in about 3.5 hours over three evenings. The customer service from the company was also excellent. One of the tempered glass tables was shattered upon delivery and I messaged them and they responded promptly within 12 hours, as they are in china, and they responded to my inquiry about replacing the glass, hassle free in which i received the replacement pane in about 4 days. I am very happy with the quality and the look/function. 5/5 stars. The only knock being the instructions being very poor.

I really like our couch we bought, it is sturdy, very comfortable and has adjustable legs which convenient if you have a uneven paver patio. I especially like the feature of the ties and velcro because we live in an area that gets very windy. Everything stays put. The couch was easy but time consuming to put together. We originally bought the couch with the red cushions. I went with the red thinking it was a deep rich red, it was not. I paniced, I did some research. I saw the company had replacement covers so I reached out and asked if I could exchange them for a different color because the color was different than the picture. They had me send pictures and immediately responded and sent new covers in the color of my choice. They were very helpful and told me to keep the old ones. I definitely recommend this product.

If you're flying solo- this will take about 3 hours to assemble. Directions are clear and plenty of spare parts. My advice- and the advice of other owners of this product: Soak the entire set in 3M Scotchgard Sun & Water Repellent. It takes 4 cans ($40). Spray all the cushions & their tie-down strings- let air dry for 24 hours before sitting. Also, spray the vinyl wicker. According to others- if you do this every 18-24 months- the set will last many years- like a Costco Sunbrella set that costs $2,500- $3,000. If you're in the SW or Florida- sun and heat can destroy this set in less than three years if you don't spray it with a UV block/ water repellent. Basically Sunbrella/ has that stuff baked into it (that's why it's pricy and lasts so long) Additionally, In the off season- keep it covered. Very nicely constructed set and much better than what I was expecting for the costs. The shipping was insane fast; from order 2 business with Fed Ex 2 large boxes and 1 small. (you do pay for the shipping, so it should be expedited) My only complaint: the feet are entirely made of plastic/ a little worried that they will dry-rot and crack, maybe not. Again, we'll see...
