!!UPDATE!!! i was completely drenched in sweat today, it literally poured off of my body onto the floor I highly recommend this. SIZE UP THOUGH! i got what Amazon rec before and it was to small/.not getting enough results I sized up and it covers my entire stomach!! It definitely works! You will sweat like crazy I did get the sweat stick as well the vanilla scent and it definitely helps you sweat a little more than just the band plus smells delicious. My only complaint is don't listen to the size recommendation.. it recommend I get a medium and that was very snug on me I'm 190 5'3 with a apron post partum tummy and it only covers half my stomach and it was very snug. I got returned that size and got the large and the large covers EVERYTHING and is not uncomfortable or to snug it's just right! Size up a bit is my recommendation IF you want full coverage from waist to under bra line.. I haven't used long enough to get results but I do sweat so it is true to its purpose! ... show more

Nice quality waist trimmer. It didn’t fit me how I liked and it was a little itchy on me. Unfortunately I had to return. However, it is nice quality, very adjustable, Velcro strength is outstanding. It does compress and help with sweat retention all while supporting your body.

I got a large, i am 5”4 and i weigh 198. Had my baby girl 5 weeks ago so i needed something to help me before moving up into a faja waist trainer. I highly recommend sweet sweat i have been wearing it all day today. Very comfortable, does not go anywhere or roll up, quality is great, fits perfect, strength seems to be good and shouldn’t break easily, thickness of it is good.
