The product arrived a day early, and I was over the moon excited to get this! It was everything I had expected- good product for the price! Unfortunately the lower display was not working upon set up. So I contacted customer service to see if maybe it was my user error. They were quick to respond and work thru the issue. Unfortunately we determined that the screen got cracked in the shipping and possibly effected the lower screen display. Customer Service (Alice) worked with management to offer a possible replacement. I opted to keep the product as is (as everything else worked great and it wasn’t a deal breaker for me). To my surprise Alice notified me they would be providing a small discount/ refund for the trouble and product issue. Thank you Alice for your responsiveness and dedication to my satisfaction in this matter. Loving the product! I walk on it every day while working on my computer desk! This describes an incline... it does have feet that you can unscrew to get a slight whisper of an incline... but not the level that I was hoping for and wouldn't have ordered it if I had realized that the incline was not real. I am 5'6"... the handbar is shorter than I'd like, but it is sturdy, but the top consol for phone holder is not at a good angle for use and is pretty fragile and not adjustable. I meant to review this when I purchased it, but forgot. The treadmill is okay, but the cover for the dashboard on the second day of use broke off, so I can't put my phone or tablet on it. It broke when nothing was on it. It is very flimsy. Update: The treadmill doesn't even work anymore, and very dangerous. It stops in the middle of walking/run. I almost flew off of it. ... show more

I bought this treadmill to use primarily for walking while working from home but also for occasional runs. The treadmill is very quiet, even at running speeds, and solid. The belt has a nice texture also. The folding handrail is nice, as I can keep it folded while working and use a desk for my computer but can fold it up for runs to balance and make quick speed adjustments. The remote control works well also. I was able to connect to the treadmill easily with Zwift, FitShow, and QZ Fitness through bluetooth. It's easy to move with the wheels and the included stability bar is handy for placing the treadmill vertically against a wall. No assembly was required, it worked right out of the box. I love this treadmill. I’ve been wanting one for so long, but many were expensive and rather large. I’m a petite person. I’m 4’11 and 107lbs. I’ve had several kids and I really wanted a treadmill for the consistent movement for my health as well as help my hips. It has a spot you can place your phone, however it don’t work well for mine. My phone keeps slipping off. It maybe my case. No biggie though for me. I can easily buy a holder to add on. This come with an app that you can link to the tread mill, but for some reason I can’t get mine to link. I’ve tried to reach out on the app with no response. I was able to connect the Bluetooth though. The sound wasn’t as loud as I would like, but I can use my phone, radio, or tv. So not a big issue. It is suppose to have the settings show. On the bottom surface, but mine hasn’t come on. It still shows on the top part how many miles, speed and time. It is not an incline treadmill. It has multiple speeds. It comes with a mat to lay on the treadmill and a ban to do sit ups and other ab work outs. It’s very easy to store in a closet or under the bed. I really enjoy mine. It’s nothing too fancy, but does what I need. So to give an update, what shows on the tread mill does work when the handle is laid down for under desk mode. I had an oh that’s how it goes moment. Multi function 3 in 1 Treadmill I’ve not heard of a 3 in 1 treadmill and was delighted to find this little gem for under $300. I chose this over other 2 in 1 treadmills as Ksports is already an established brand. I work from home 3 days a week and have a high desk. This treadmill in the walking mode fits perfectly under my desk. It’s unbelievably easy to start using because I didn’t have to assemble anything. I had a small issue in trying to get the remote to work and realized I had to remove the plastic film on the battery. I’m 5ft 9 and the running belt feels adequate. It’s a solid treadmill and the sit up strap and mat is a real bonus for my abs exercises. I understand there is no need to lubricate the belt on this treadmill. I am loving the size of this treadmill. It is easy enough to put away when not in use but I don't find myself struggling with it being too small. It goes up to a good speed and runs very smoothly. Fits perfectly under my desk and I am so excited to get some regular exercise into my workday. The Bluetooth speaker connects very quickly and works decently. It's not the most amazing speaker but it gets the job done. Don't try and listen to anything with a lot of base because it'll sound like a muffled mess.
